Getttin there is a feat in itself....Is it safe to say we learned valuable lessons these last 2, and can bookend 2 losses with 2 wins...6 straight appearances....still a damn good run and yes....still a dynasty of sorts....sadly we should have had won 4 in a row as both these games where there for the taking...we just choked on various levels

and their pre game production of what they showed was garbage too...half of it was just repeats of what they offered up during the week....The CFL needs to go and market themselves to some competition who will put some legit effort into their product....TSN has got sloppy and lazy with the idea they have exclusivity...If you can get the same $$ value or more with 2...3 different Networks, who are able to be seen by any household in Canada...You go get that

we didn't win...didnt show up.....and made dumn roster move in biggesrt game against a one dimensional team...so yup...epic flop....call it what u like....but thats how I see it....flamed out 2 straight yrs now...so something obviously wrong, or needs to be changed/switched up....as excuses are for losers with the one play away....better gamee plan away....different scheme away...thats an excuse for losing...plain and simple...and excuses don;t cut it with me and right back to piss poor roster management.....thats the sole reason.....plain and simple...we sent out 4 gimps...rostered a useless fullback....and had wrong bodies out there for what we needed to shut down a poor QB I almost think Grant too was playing well below 100 percent...another fail We had a healthy Bolo...I dont think he even saw the field...We had healthy Ambles...whos been there and done that, and would have had to take attention from MTL db's....we had Alston...who MTLhad no film on and could have been a huge unknowm X factor and at the bare minimum would have drawn coverage and made plays....we went in to the biggest...probably the most defining game of this era....and failed....due to the HC....thats the facts....and trying to spin it any other way is just a load of crap....for a team that boasted all this depth, and they all number 1's...I sure didnt see it, and we sure seemed afraid to use these other number 1's Hard to stretch field with only 1 guy, and have 3 others who couldnt get any separation other than a short release pass....and then were next to no threat once they had the ball...Mcrae obviously would have been no use as he didnt tie his shoes up for WF and if he was good to go, you would think Osh would have dressed him....and if he was healthy...and we didnt...another epic fail with roster...Grant as well I highly suspect was not full bore either...was very noticeable

you nailed the smug part 100 percent....and are not far off with the analogy I would even go after Awachie out of Sask.....he good on teams as well, and he has the right passport and would be cheaper he was in cub scouts and that should count....lol we probably would not have drafted him anyway....we rarely take skilled position guys early...we would have prob grabbed some sand bagger who's special teams tape gave Osh a big ol Boner...and that would be that

Cole was actually a EDM foolish cut we scoped up But really we didnt do anything until we flushed our PR and then grabbed Ambles...There been some talk that Osh was pulling most the strings this yr, for some reason, and it showed...He stuck with some "his" guys and we didnt do anything to address any issues all year...Returner...End...DT....and some of us even commented it's been awfully quiet on the GM front and player issues all yr, and truthfully if Osh is gonna continue to have a strong say, or be "the" say in who we bring in...keep...roster...we are hooped.....feel free to flame away on that comment but you just saw the end result of him not having to answer to anyone this yr...and it was epic flop...fail

Osh and his blind loyalty to his favs and his penchant for rewarding, as opposed to earning...plain and simple

If he leads Demski and throws to the cone....only Demski gets it and its an easy score....or down at around the one....missed opportunity

I believe we made a deal for Lawson....but none the less was an addition This year if we cant lure Mason Bennett here...and or Kongbo I would like us to go hard at Adeyemi Berglund from the Stamps as a rotational piece Canadian for the Dline....I see him as a good fit here There will be ample guys in FA to sift thru, and we need to focus more on those guys coming off entry level deals, who could take reps on defense in a rotational role if need be to fill our back end for ST's, as we let some of our guys get old in the tooth, and they are too limited in value with a small roster

yeah....most dont know what they looking at, or what the responsibilities are for most part....and if you know a basic blocking scheme it's easy to spot the whoopsies where a guy messes up, but makes it seems someone else screwed up Eli just moves guys....plain and simple and is in shape similar to when at Hawaii...He has to be at centre next year.....Dobson as well....just needs to be put in a spot and allowed to grow into it....like you said....withing 3 games he would be totally where he needs to be. You have talented interior talent...that's young and coming into their prime....You don't let them walk.

we just need a few minor tweaks...some were already in house, and we also have to recruit/draft and keep players to build a more useful roster, ratio and positional depth wise, and also make better use of who/what we put on the PR This goes with a change in coaching mindset to make what I mentioned in first comment work, and take advantage of any roster rules that are in place that will help us....do that...we should be right back where we were last night....don't...and I doubt we make it out of the West next yr

yup a chip or a 50 block then move to next level is his only asset....anything else he gets over powered or just doesn't have the combo of size and power to handle any stunts or speed rushes and move it away....was a weak spot all yr despite all this praise...

not sure why u so hung up on retirements...the only ones I can see as a likely, amd that will be due to the team telling them they are going to move on is Miller..Briggs and Thomas....Bryant is a strong maybe, and bet he would have if we won....36 yr old Bryant is better than 90 percent of Left Tackles in the league...No way Hardrick...Neuf....and anyone else will be...and why would they? Bighill will be the tough one tho....He is a battler and warrior and may not feel he is done...and someone will pay him....that being said, he has a well established off-season...and in sesson gig, so he may entertain the idea of a role player at a greatly reduced price, and with also being Nationalized American eligible would be a good backup...teams guy, where less wear and tear occurs on him, and his experience be invaluable Other than that don't be expecting all these retirements coming

Rose when he got back in lineup was more than fine....and didn't whiff on tackles over and over Brady's yards were not a result of Kolo...he's an undersized guy who was on the street for 2 yrs that nobody wanted...and was basically a emergency sign...Eli was a top 3 ranked centre in the NCAA and was likely to be a 4th..5th round pick in NFL draft And what newer guys?...we never replaced any, and let any potential talent walk in TC...or the ones we kept let sit on PR all yr and not play

Well....I guess as a consolation prize we still West Division champs...so there is that, and I see no reason why we shouldn't be next yr if we play our cards right.

There was nothing wrong with the oline this yr really.....ZC was more an issue behind it than anything...why...thats the question...is he physically wearing down?...Is he not seeing things fast enough now and processing it how he used to?...Is he become too focused on the big play?......it's something, but it also came right out of nowhere That being said....Eli needs to be the centre next yr...he is better...plain and simple, and also signed thru 2025...he is the future and the now...Not Kolo.....Dobson needs to play but is at at the expense of Gray...Or Neuf?...Neuf arguably was our best guy all yr, and back to back all-star selections kind of validate that. I think we should see if Dobson can be that guard, and we keep Gray as the 6th/extra guy, as he can back up at all positions....as well as use him in that role Jackson had...He did it several games when we didnt dress Jackson, and thats his job and role as a player and what he has done his whole football career...move bodies and block, and he's more than athletic enough...he's prob our most consistent lineman downfield on runs next to Yosh...banging bodies and created havoc....plus he irritates the heck out of defensive guys....If we choose to keep rostering 7 oline guys...which I think can be a bit excessive then I'd like to see a young guy be developed.... D-line as well....nothing wrong with the Jeff's and neither is close to being aged out...just look around the league for last decade or so...an End can be very effective well into 30]s with...and this is key...proper and adequate rotation...But we also need a monster inside again to really make it work....and have adequate rotation there...like when we rolled Nevis and Stove with the Jeffs, and Hansen and Kongbo and Thomas when he was fairly effective....3 yrs ago...he should have been sent packing last yr already and no way in hell he should be back next yr

or have any impact on winning it either, or have much use...thats where depth of roster or lack there of it from standing pat and keeping wrong guys killed us....

Offence was vanilla because we chose to dress 3 receivers who were less than 100 percent, and not use one on roster at all who could have made a difference..BOLO...and we didnt dress a back-up receiver just in case...either Ambles or Alston....why have them if u wont use them due to injury...so we basically shaved our playbook in half as to what we could do...maybe even a third

I'd say Rose off..hurt us big...Biggie on...Hurt us big....No legit end to spell of the Jeff's...Hurt us big...Jackson in lieu of Fox...whiom we saw was very disruptive in 2 games and would have been major fresh....hurt us big....thats roster mamagenent

I said I heard/figured Schoen would....worried me that Biggie may play...that being said.....If not 100 percent...with Schoen then why......In my experience if you cant do what you normally do at least to 90%....u sit....that wasnt the case...if they were 90% it would have been fine....they weren't
