No it's bizarre that you would want Officer Joe Smith's name among every other name on a public list? What benefit is that for anyone outside of criminals getting an easy list handed to them?

If you ever get a chance , speak to one and they can tell you lots of stories. How about say if police officer Joe Smith is on facebook and has a picture of his wife and children and the grand parents. Criminal X sees this and finds where he lives and says "If anyone comes after our gang I will shoot and kill child a and child b and the grandparents" if you tell anyone about this conversation they will all be killed. It is bizarre that you do not understand this.

I can't tell if you are being sarcastic? You do realize that officers rotate between units and that even if an officer is not undercover that having their name listed in public makes it extremely easy for organized criminals to find who is police and can target them right? Common sense would dictate that a smart criminal could collect each of the names and pictures (social media or other means) and then down the road if they are making a deal with an unknown person that they could potentially look at those pictures and see that officer John Smith looks identical to unknown drug dealer with a made up name.....

I'm sure teams who have lost a back up special teams player is the same as Ottawa losing Masoli.... those numbers above really do not paint an accurate picture of what teams have suffered more from injuries then others.

Many Police work undercover and also are targets from criminals either via violence or potential blackmail. It would be a really bad idea to publish the names of the officers for the general public to easily find them.

You will learn that having a different opinion on this site equals name calling and a lot of people throwing a hissy fit that you are not agreeing with them. As much as this site is fun to read during game days, in between the games you will see lots of salty old timers shooing away the non-regulars. Bailey did make a great catch and had probably his best game. On this site over the last season or two people HAVE stated that they feel Bailey is hot and cold and someone who does disappear for games at a time. The Blue had the same issues with Darvin Adams where he'd stand out or make a clutch play but then you wouldn't see him do it again for 3 more games. Your original comment about him as been discussed before so I don't understand the push back besides some folks who tend to only look at players with a "What have you done for me lately" kind of memory. Nobody has ever questioned Bailey's commitment for the team, dude is a stand up guy and never dogs it and always puts in the effort. However if we had a fully healthy roster and the Blue were able to sign an American receiver from the NFL... Bailey would be the odd man out. He's a great depth player that follows the system and who shouldn't cost a fortune to keep (like Lawler) and he stays healthy so he's a good guy to keep around. He has improved each year so it is possible that he could eventually be a "star".

I've done three breathalyzer tests at my job and one time I was still passing the visual/physical tests despite drinking 20 ounces. My co worker had two drinks (4 ounces) and he was barely functionable at all. Same body weight and size as me. It really effects each person differently.

Being pulled over at 4 am and refusing a breathalyzer... I'll go with he was drunk and aggressive and the first police officer called for back up in case of an escalation. The RCMP cruiser *should* have a dash cam video but legally they can't release this to the public. Phillips would have a much stronger case if he had his own dash cam video and or had taken a cell phone video of his own. Because if he has no proof then it sure would look like someone using the race card to try to get out of trouble.

I'm sure he and Prukop will see plenty of field in the last 2 games.

What is his injury? My wife injured her ankle this year and was in a boot and off her feet for 8 weeks. I'm assuming the guy is done for the season?

I wasn't aware that he was on the sidelines, I did not notice him getting any 10 yard objectionable conduct penalties during crucial drives in the game
