Speaking with one restaurant owner... it went from a good way for independent restaurants to promote ... into a very expensive over priced advertisement. It used to be a few hundred dollars and they'd feature your burger and promote it everywhere... into now being something like $1000 to be only mentioned on the list for the site and extra money for them to promote if on their social medias. That is why some places over charge to recoup the expenses.

Make sure to post any reviews on here if anyone goes!
  3. I'd keep him at his current contract which is only marginally lower then what he "should" be getting paid. If its Schoen vs Bailey it's not even a discussion on who gets the big raise and who should be let go. It's not impossible to find talent at a cheaper price to replace the 500 - 600 yards that Bailey will get per year. He's not the only receiver in the league who blocks.
  4. And to think he was getting like 20 million per season !
  5. My only memory of Peterson was Tee Martin launching a bomb and he was wide open and the ball was like a feather slowly dropping into the hands... only for Kamau to move his hands and drop a sure fire TD. I just remember sitting in the stadium and you can feel the energy of the crowd just dissipate into the air. I will say however the Burke era was probably even more deflating to a point where people were questioning why they are even at the game in the first place. That was the lowest low that I ever witnessed.
  6. So exactly what I said in that Jones/McAdoo had him 3rd on the pecking order.

Is Dolegala starting? I like our chances with him more so then Fine.
  8. Arbuckle is also hurt, its not like the team is being blown out every single game. They are really handicapped by having a QB who can not throw and who has no experience. Were they able to get MBT then I'd think it would make a world of difference for that team. They are only a few players away from being really good.
  9. Wasn't the reports coming in that Jones / McAdoo had Tre Ford as the 3rd best QB despite reporters and others saying that he was the best in practice?
  10. I don't see Dyce being canned after a season. The team is starting a no name 3rd stringer and on defense really only lacks a few players in the secondary to fix those issues. If only Masoli returned healthy I think Ottawa would have a record similar to Monteral.
  11. Over confidence and lack of effort on our part. Ottawa has some good players sprinkled around, but as a unit they are terrible. Crum can run and nothing else, he's definitely not a QB of the future IMO. Khari also doesn't know how to call a game with him at QB... why haven't they kept feeding the ball to Williams? He was money tonight. Edmonton also is mediocre , Ford at least has an arm and can run so at least he has some promise for the future. Both teams taking terrible penalties all night long.
  12. Did Stegall during half time say Tre Ford was like a surgeon out on the field? Ford looks better then Crum but both look horribly loss on more plays then not.
  13. But he is the leading passer, Ferguson didn't say he was the "best" passer.
  14. Our o-line is way above average so I won't complain. I wouldn't say we have a weak link as from my eyes each of the guys have had times in each game where they were beat cleanly. Stanley was owned by Lemon on at least two plays the other night so even our best player still isn't 100% perfect.
  15. Had we not blown that game with Ottawa I would of easily have us in first place, for now Toronto should be in first place. If the Bombers can string a few dominant wins in a row (such as last night and not spotting Edmonton 22 points or barely beating Calgary) then I can see a case for making them first place.
  16. Apparently someone leaked a photo of what they are currently using:
  17. I can't believe how they can screw something so simple up. It is not hard to load info from a database, they could have a temporary stats list up in days with any average web designer.
  18. I was also amazed that they didn't point out that the Montreal offense scored only 3 points and zero mentions of how they had no first downs in the 2nd half until they ended up getting one with 30 seconds left.
  19. 1 - Defense as a whole was amazing, it felt like Fajardo had only 20 yards passing in the 2nd half. They didnt' give up a first down in the 2nd half until 30 seconds left in the game. 2 - Brady 3 - Rose was outstanding HH - Jake Thomas people crapped on him but he was getting great pressure all night. Bozo of the night - Milt Stegall , first saying that Montreal shouldn't start Fajardo and then post game saying Toronto is better because they have a good punt returner. Milt is by far the worst on the panel out of everyone that they rotate.
  20. PC voters tend to be middle class to the rich folks. In the areas where their is less crime and higher incomes the people tend to frown upon any graffiti or crime or anything. When they see PC ads vandalized it re-inforces their desire or wants for more police and cleaning up the city. So yes it will re-inforce some who may be on the fence to vote for them. I'm not sure if the NDP guy having a traitor thing spray painted will do much, it probably also will reinforce people to vote PC because they push "being more harsh to criminals" even if it's all just talk. In the end it just looks dumb and does nothing to help.

  22. It will only help the PC's gain votes, so it really is counter productive to deface the ads.
