How many guys with Vegas now were top six forwards or top 4 D on their prior teams? The other gms screwed up. Florida handed over Reilly Smith to convince Vegas to take Marchessault in the draft. Columbus gave up a 1st round pick to ensure Vegas would take Karlsson. The Pens handed over a 2nd round pick so Vegas would take Fleury's cap hit off their hands. That's good work by their gm to make those moves.

They accumulated a lot of draft picks. In three years some of those guys should be good to go.

Their goalie was great and ours let in a bad goal(s) in almost every game. Imo that was the difference in the series.
