fantasy hockey question: I was offered Vesalainen and Hoffman for Debrusk and Kase. Dynasty league with 18 active, 8 player reserve, and 20 minor league spots. Pretty much every stat counts. Would you make this trade?

New Regime...
I didn't say we should hire Barker to replace Walters. I'd like to have them both here.

New Regime...
I'd like to see Barker come in as a player personnel guy. Ass't gm, scout, whatever you want to call him.

LDC/Banjo Bowl
I think there will be lots of short passes b/c Nichols probably won't have enough time for longer developing routes. I don't think it's carved in stone yet that Hardrick is starting.

2018-19 Lines
Connor Scheifele Wheeler Ehlers Roslovic Laine Perreault Little Vesalainen Copp Lowry Tanev Morrissey Trouba Niku Buff Kulikov Myers I think it could be any of Niku, Chiarot, Morrow, or Poolman in the spot I put Niku. That's the most interesting position battle imo. I guess Vesalainen too, if the Jets aren't comfortable putting him in the NHL immediately. Otherwise, I think the roster is pretty much set.

Matt Nichols -BOO!!!!!!!
But he did play well for over two years prior to this skid. It's not unreasonable for a coach to let his starter try to play himself out of it.

edit: beaten to headline. Contract sounds pretty fair for both sides.

Milt Stegall Right On Today's Pregame Show On MOS
You're on the wrong forum if you think that's a clever response.

Milt Stegall Right On Today's Pregame Show On MOS
I'd take that bet. I'd put the odds of Lapo losing play calling duties after the next game somewhere around 0%.

This doesn't seem like good news... CBC British ColumbiaVerified account @cbcnewsbc In a stunning blow, the Federal Court of Appeals has quashed the government's approvals to build the Trans Mountain expansion project handing a major victory to Indigenous groups and environmentalists opposed to the $7.4 billion project. #TransMountain

Rivers played a few games with the Esks, so he should understand the CFL game. Unless that's why he got cut from Edmonton...

Jeff Hamilton @jeffkhamilton #Bombers HC Mike O'Shea says OL Jermarcus Hardrick and DE Jackson Jeffcoat are doubtful for #Riders game this weekend. #wfp Losing Jeffcoat would be a big kick in the pants.

Regular Season Bomber News & Discussion
I'm thinking stupid penalties are what could potentially have him in the doghouse. He's taken a few of them this season.

Canadian Politics
That was always my grandpas argument. "They shouldn't have done it if they didn't want it back". Edit: His brother was a pow for years after being sent to Hong Kong to fight, so he also had little sympathy for the fire bombing and a-bomb dropped on Japan.

On a different topic, this can't be good new for the Conservatives. More vote splitting. Sean CraigVerified account @sdbcraig 98,5 Montreal's Bernard Drainville reports Maxime Bernier is "more and more likely" to leave the Conservatives and form his own new political party.

I've read a few books and articles about how the German population's ignorance of the holocaust was overstated. I had a book about it, but can't remember what it was called. Regardless, there are a lot of good articles about it. Definitely an interesting discussion topic. Nothing done by the allies merits equivalence to the holocaust. Civilian bombing is probably the biggest one mentioned (by some) that was part of the war strategy. My grandpa flew in a Lancaster during the war, and he'd fight anybody who even hinted that the bombing campaign over Germany was unjust.

2018 Matt Nichols
Then again, maybe he is... Duane FordeVerified account @DuaneFordeTSN 1m1 minute ago Sources suggest that's the Toronto Argonauts have emerged as the frontrunner to sign free agent WR Duron Carter.

2018 Matt Nichols
Unless I missed Carter's signing in TO, Trestman's interest in him seems to have been overstated.

Lol, that's an interesting take on the situation.

Defense took a few terrible penalties after 2nd down stops, and it seemed to open the floodgates. I think they ended up scoring every time we did that.

Do you have any thoughts you'd like to share to back this comment up? Two of the players you noted weren't here last season. Two are still here. Denmark averaged 33 yds/gm and JFG and Wolitarsky are more or less a saw off. Where is this big drop off coming from?
