Here's a change idea for a game. Roster Vanterpool for Mitchell, sit Dobson for a week and let him stew a bit on assignments, pop on whatever other Canadian you want, probably Murphy to backup receivers. Let's see if Vanterpool is a difference maker at guard too. Otherwise start looking at American interior guys to bring in. We need to make that change.

And Bonds looked like **** when Nichols was out. Same scenario with change motion (guy from slot motions around wideout outside right at snap) they got burned on in Ottawa on the play he got the pick on today. Comfortable, kept his feet, made a play. He's not standing around waving his arms but at the same time doing nothing to cover anyone or make a play. Big difference with Nichols out there.

I'll give you that we've looked ok vs Ottawa and Calgary. Absolutely torched by Montreal and BC. We'll probably see some more backup QB's so that will help. Our secondary has been amazing given on the whole how poor our pass rush has been and the complete lack of range on the 2nd level of our defense. Worry about injuries to Holm and Nichols. Those guys are holding the whole damn thing together.

Yeah WIL LB is a fairly easy spot to make a change immediately. Don't even have to take Wilson off roster, just greatly lower the number of snaps where he and Bighill are on the field at the same time. Let them rotate through one spot. Get Cole more involved, work Ayers in. Ayers would probably be way more useful as a rusher anyway which is how we're using Wilson like 20 snaps a game.

Streveler changed the compete level of the offense. Really need to get some guys elevated on D. And maybe pop on a guy here or there every week until we find the GUYS. WIL LB spot should be up for grabs to start.

Sad thing is Ottawa basically has no offense in this game aside from our front ******* up on Crum scrambles.

Demski is a real nice third target. If I need a first down to win a game I'd like to have 2-3 other guys to pick before him for that target.
