Yeah in his system you dont see more then 4-5 rushers often. But if u look at the DTs we brought in, and westermans season from the previous year we should have had more pressure then we got. We sent bass a ton of times with very low success. Ill never like soft contain coverage style. With out a rush all you are doing is giving up all the yards the offense wants along with TOP. Our play makers covered up for a horrible broken defense last year with a ridiculous amount of turn overs.

Thats true too, but given the state of our respective franchises i expect our coaches to out coach team jones. A superior coach will allways find an advantage to take, and a great one will know the pitfalls they face at the same time and prepare for both. All in all im pretty happy with our schedule.

They have to offer a deal with in 7-10 days, but i dont think there is any thing that says it has to be a reasonable deal. I am by no means an expert in such paper work though. I would think he could hold out and demand a trade to a team willing to pay a reasonable contract to him. Some years back a NI ol i think from sask signed as a FA with sask but then signed days later with mtl. Changed his mind and the cfl forced a trade of his right from sask back to mtl. IIRC it wasnt great value for him at all. Id do that in a heart beat. 6th or next years. 28 doesnt worry me too much with the lack of wear and tear he should have.

Yeah if any thing is an issue its the thurs games for most people. Also week 10 is august 24, week 11 is sept 3. Which is 9 days between games, and a mini buy week since we play mostly every 6 days.

If he regains his best form, and improves on it hes better then last years smith. Maybe better then smiths best year. And could replace gurley. Nothing on denmark, dressler, or adams. If we went all imp at wr replacing kohlert with one, and brought back all our wrs form last year stafford is on the out side looking in at the starting roster.
