BC's got some big guys, including a 6'2" up and comer named Terrence Jeffers-Harris, who might be a keeper.

  • I believe the riders turned an even deeper shade of green (envy) when Andrew decided to come home...Sask. wanted him bad, and if you read any of their comments about the time Harris was available, the

  • I think you are going to stay blue in the ballz department. I have my doubts he shows up here this year. Maybe next year if he can't get a nibble.

Hiring Ed Tait was a great off-field move for the Bombers this year:

Euclid Cummings may not have drawn the giant headlines of other free-agent splashes made by the Bombers this winter, but he could be critical to what Winnipeg does in the trenches this season. He's a Minister of Sinister along the line of scrimmage and some believe the best tackle in the CFL.

"Minister of Sinister", gotta love it.

WINNIPEG, MB., May 25, 2016 –   Winnipeg Blue Bombers today announce the addition of International running back Tim Flanders.

Flanders (5-9, 210, Sam Houston State, Sept. 29, 1991, in Midwest City, OK) played three seasons with the Bearkats. In those three years, Flanders rushed for over 4,200 yards and found the end zone 55 times. He holds 34 school records, including most touchdowns in a season (24), most touchdowns in a game (5), and most career all-purpose yards (4,800). Flanders spent the last part of the 2015 season with the B.C. Lions.

Flanders production was incredible. His nfl scout report is pretty messed up though. They say he has to break away speed, doesnt have strong moves, and goes down with first contact. 4.78 40 yard but a best of 4.65 Looks like a guy who isnt a josh ranek esq tackle breaker but not a guy who will go down with arm tackles. Maybe hes a guy who isnt a 40 runner but has football speed. Certainly doesnt look football slow in his highlights.

A combo pack of Chevon Walker and Nic Grigsby... the best of both worlds :D

and a long list of other guys i can think of. not a rb but vinny sutherland seemed to fall over at the most flailing arm tackle attempt.

Highlight video?    He looks just like a hundred other rb's that have played in the NCAA.

Yeah it was a lot of what you see in mid level talent playing on low level teams. Didnt do any thing special hit holes and ran into tackles. Couple decent moves here or there not crazy speed or any great cuts. His 40 time was awful, but the first report from rookie camp was he looks quick. Its hard to tell some from video some times, how fast a guy is on the field. Guess we will see. But even if he isnt great im pretty excited to see the rest of our RBs in camp.
