The lack of attendance is not because of the name change. If the owner thinks reverting the name will gain good will and bring back people to the games... then he is a moron.
The stadium, the bad teams, the fans aging out.. much larger factors. Seriously Wade Miller needs to be cloned in all of the cities , they do not know how to market and get people to the game for the non-football festivities.
Young people spend ridiculous cover charges and over priced drinks to get out and meet people... offer the young people fair priced drinks and a fun hut that serves rum... get the ladies out and it will then cause the men to follow and spend big money. Families always want to get out (I know other cities have way more options then Winnipeg) but still an affordable family event is always desired. Old people... well I'm not sure what brings them out... maybe promise them some prune juice and a free news paper? These cities need to make more of an effort to draw a crowd.

Luke at what they did to our boy Luke in the Last Jedi. Making him a wimp and cry baby drinking blue milk and sulking completely killed any chance for that trilogy to succeed. Not a single person I know or read online thought the way they handled Luke in that movie was good in any way.
Now compared to Luke's scene in the Mandalorian where he slices all the baddies up and the follow up scenes.... people loved it. How hard is it for Disney to realize that a character that a massive generation of people idolized... they want to see them being the same person they fell in love with in the first place.
They made the same mistake with Indiana Jones in the terrible last movie they made with him. Nobody wanted to see Indy as a cry baby dummy old man. They wanted the smart alec quick witted guy they fell in love with the original trilogy. The video game kept the character the same and everyone who has played the game absolutely loved the story and wished the movie was that instead.
If Hollywood wants to try wild and different ideas... use new characters and new worlds.

Moxey could have made some plays... but as I said before BLM and Wheatfall and company were making some absolutely sick throws and catches. BLM turned back the clock 10 years last night. It was a game where we had to play at our best (on D) and unfortunately they did not.

Yeah, Moxey had a bad night, but you’re right a few times he was in good position to make a play, but never looked for the ball. Even down our sideline, where you know guys are shouting, “ball, ball, ball!”…. He didn’t get his damn head around. Crazy lack of awareness.

I don't think it is any exaggeration to say Zach had had more guys open on those intermediate routes in two games then all of last year combined. WTF were we even doing last year?
Someone asked if Nichols was cooked. At the stadium, it sure looked that way. A step behind, and missed a bunch of tackles when he was in the right spot. I actually thought Moxey was in decent coverage half the time but you would think a vet like him would know how to look for the damn ball.

I'm not as down as some others on our D. Mitchell was throwing dimes all night long in bad conditions and Wheatfall was making circus like catches. It was concerning that we had zero pressure without blitzing and that the DB's definitely were outplayed.
