Stamps missed passes for big plays too, that happens in a game. The problem for the Bombers is that they didn't try to make enough plays. Too reliant on Harris and safe passes when the Stamps were all over it. Calgary on the other hand attacked the Bombers D, who held on tremendously hut eventually broke after the offense failed to give them any support. The D played well enough to win that game, the offense hung them out to dry. We have the players on offense to take it to teams, we have seen them do it a lot the last couple years, but lapo won't let the horses run often enough.

From the sounds of it, the guy turned into a ghost (Hodge says scouts were even asking him if he had any contact info because they couldn't reach him). McManus has a family connection to him through his in-laws though so the team was able to keep in touch with him. He got the itch to play again and here we are!
