November 15, 20168 yr comment_235158 I have a very reliable CFL source that has told me that this has nothing to do with the Grey Cup or combine. I have it on good authority that the CFL has adopted a relegation system similar to the ones seen in European soccer. Regina and Toronto will be relegated to the CIS for next year, and will be replaced by Laval and the University of Saskatchewan.
