  1. I wouldn't call him an idiot more like a competitor who didn't think things threw and now he probably is going to pay for it.
  2. Don't blame them. Horrible offensive play calling last night, tough to watch but very enjoyable at the same time.
  3. What a time for Kevin Glenn to be stuck behind Reilly in Eskiblow land. He could easily be starting in Toronto, Montreal, Saskatchewan.
  4. Almost got a touchdown out of it. A bit amateurish for my liking but both O's are stinking so why not play a little jump ball and see what happens. Chris Williams sure looks like he has lost his mojo.
  5. He had Rainey underneath and totally over threw him. If he could have connected, Rainy may have scored.. Don't understand why BC went away from their running game. Stubbornness of keeping to his gameplan and not adjusting Jarius Jackson imo did not call a very good game on top of Jennings not playing well.
  6. that's one interpretation. interesting he chose that considering the smarter play is to get the ball yourself not to mention how he hit Adam's to 'separate' him from the ball.
  7. Some of that was Harris chewing up yards on the ground.
  8. Being the homer that I am i'd disagree. Replay showed to me the BC player had no intention in trying to catch/knock ball out of bounds. His attention from the start was purely on hitting Adams.
  9. Nope, its Dallas Eakins fault.
  10. Hold the phones. He's back to genius mode. Ugh.
  11. Nichols probably said he was 100 percent the evening of the injury. Their brains are wired that way.
  12. I agree it doesn't fix the D but it does open up the offense. Streveler simply is not as Nichols level at this time. Plus maybe it will inspire The D a bit. And playing press D instead of soft coverage might help as well.
  13. Fair point, just hope we find a way to retain him for the next 4 or 5 years.
  14. I know it's Harris talking but if Richie Hall is making the same argument for the porous play of the defense please tie a can to him and show him the door.
  15. Other than if its a cap issue that we have no way around, why on earth would we give up a unique player like Myers. Yes he at times can be scary with the puck but his pros greatly outweigh his cons I put him into the same category with as Buff with unique skill sets of his own. Why give that to another team. We are a better team with him in the lineup.
  16. Too bad both these teams couldn't lose this game. Despise them both for different reasons. Be a good game to see Johnny M. Hope both offenses falter and Johnny M comes in and throws game winning TD against Carter. 10-3 final for the standings.

What a weird response from you suggesting we are sheep and don't care whether we win or not . Why do you even come on here?
  18. I wouldn't say they stepped it up a notch. If anything I'd say they broke even.
  19. The way I look at this is teams are just trying to catch up to us. We are a top four team already loaded with talent. We lost Stastny but his loss, we were good without him. Why fix something that isn't broken. Tinker yes but don't sell the farm.

As I'm here in Alberta and don't regularly watch/read local Winnipeg media, has anyone interviewed Hall on his thoughts about the game? Or does O'Shea keep his assistants away from the media? Because I am definitely interested in how he would break down this one hot mess of a showing.
  21. High ceiling? Okay then, I'm no goalie expert but he seemed to suck as an oiler but hey hope he's awesome for us.
  22. Yes he is that bad.

It seemed in some cases there was more than a three yard cushion when they took that seven yard out on the flat. Maddening to watch over and over and over again.
  24. I'm sure he"s a great guy but here's hoping this blows up in their face. It's going to be so sickening listening to them gush even more about Matthew's and Tavares.
  25. Well I think it's quite straightforward. We inserted new players in key positions to suggest it was lack of execution and not coaching/schemes. Three games in not looking good. I'd say by the sixth game if we see it continuing with no significant improvement time to take a different direction with the D coaching. Players are never absolved of their responsibility regardless of whose coaching but with what we are seeing so far with having new additions with the same overall results I'd say the pendulum has swung more to something amiss with the D coaching approach. We can still right the ship if after three more games nothing improves. The clock has started, the pressure is on, no more excuses.
