Doug Berry as OC would give oShea some experience to lean on also. As would Marcel.

If we had the exact same players but a coach who leads, motivates and inspires guys to run through walls for him, how many more wins would we have had? I dont think we're looking at first place, but given that we should surely have more talent on the field, we will move in the right direction.

He turned around a horrendous offense in the middle of the season. Id say Marcel was little short of a miracle worker especially with what he had to work with. A very smart guy and a nice guy also. Not that nice is a requirement but it doesnt hurt.

Marcel would be a fine OC also. Would love to see Khari here in some fashion.

To be honest I recall being unhappy to lose Reed at the time. Then again I thought we should have kept Nelson too.

No, no, he's a shoe-in for HC. Not sure anyone said he was a shoe-in but I for one would have loved to see him back here in some capacity, preferably OC.

In the big picture of this being a new era for the Bombers, having a fancy pants announcement at a fancy pants hotel is pretty cool. Excited fans can hang out in the hotel lounge and "celebrate" the rest of the afternoon.

Mike do you think Cortez would consider if if they make him OC *and* associate Head Coach or something like that?

Is the consensus that we want O'Shea as HC and Cortez as OC? Does that freeze Khari out or might he come in as QBC? Any thoughts on DC? Someone with a relationship with O'Shea?

Was the word of Cortez getting another interview not that it would be later this week? Interesting. Word will leak soon enough. If it's HC he must be in town or arriving in the morning. Anyone spot anyone around town today?

He was speculating about trying to get both of them. He said Oshea could be DC with increased duties.
