  1. Well, when are we gonna get rowdy? LET'S GO BLUE!
  2. Yeah he has. But it was used more towards the end of last year. We'll see.
  3. Remember we can start a nationalized American as the 8th. Could be Stanley Bryant, Eric Lofton, Kyrie Wilson, Willie Jefferson, Dalton Schoen, Deatrick Nichols, Jamal Parker, or Evan Holm. Lots of options. We only need 7 "true" Canadian starters.
  4. I wonder if they see Vanterpool and Randolph as our two tackles of the future. Bryant is obviously LT this season but possibly it is his last. The easiest way to keep both Randolph and Vanterpool is by starting Vanterpool at LG this season and Randolph at RT. I also think this would be our best configuration. We have enough Canadians starting elsewhere to go 3 import OL. Start Kola and Neuf. Keep all 3 of Eli, Wallace, and Vibert, using the IR/PR where necessary. Having a strong OL in front of Collaros is a must.
  5. Dillon Mitchell was "excused" from today's practice as per MOS
  6. Lawson is 100% starting over Thomas when healthy
  7. I was just reading about Quinton Cooley to see if he had any experience returning. Looks like he never did it in college but had a handful in high school. I also came across this ridiculous stat: Imagine what those games must have looked like 🤣
  8. I think I saw: Bryant Eli Kola Neuf Randolph Bryant Vanterpool Kola Neuf Randolph Vanterpool Wallace Eli Vibert Hemphill Hemphill Elsbury Eli Vibert Wallace Hemphill Elsbury Levesque-G. Atkinson Vanterpool
  9. I think Vanterpool had the most snaps of any OL in the game, he was involved at LG, LT and RT in various OL configurations
  10. If he plays well this season and wins a Grey Cup then he's earned the extension. If the year goes in the toilet we can just release him. I don't think contract extensions really mean a whole lot in the CFL when very little, if any, money is guaranteed.
  11. I am simply differentiating between the Mitchells for those who don't know their numbers
  12. So that is Myron Mitchell starting at SB and Dillon Mitchell is behind Wheatfall at boundary WR. I think we can expect Schoen to probably take that SB spot where Reggie White Jr is listed.
  13. Sure but here is who he is competing with: Jamaal Pritchett 5'8 Xavier Gipson 5'9 Dymere Miller 5'11 Malachi Corley 5'11 Arian Smith 6'0 Pokey Wilson 6'0 Brandon Smith 6'1 Tyler Johnson 6'1 Irvin Charles 6'4 Quentin Skinner 6'5
  14. NYJ could be the perfect spot for Pokey, outside of Garrett Wilson they don't have much at receiver. Lots of later draft picks and undrafted players competing for depth spots and maybe even a starting spot. Being only 25 years old I wouldn't be surprised if he got a PR offer at least. He will probably show well at camp and maybe make a big grab or two in the preseason. I wouldn't count on him coming back this season at all.
  15. Pretty good stats for a DT coming out of the ACC, looks like he was a team captain in 2024 as well. Really good looking prospect, got the right body type for a CFL DT imo.
  16. Up-to-date as of today, now with numbers!
  17. 6'9" tackle? Don't see too many Americans with that kind of size making their way up here
  18. We don't get reports like we used to, from the media or the fans. It's unfortunate. Noeller had to travel halfway across the country just to give us one taste of the kind of reports we used to get on a daily basis. Even Twitter is quiet. If we get four tweets from Derek Taylor that's basically an info bonanza. I'd love to get out for a practice and jot down some thoughts but it ain't easy get out in the middle of a weekday and go down to the stadium to watch football practice. If they ever switch venues to the Rods field I'll be all over it though.
  19. Posting this depth chart based on observations from those at camp. I haven't been out there to verify who is playing where.
  20. Hard to imagine them keeping all four of Wilson, Ayers, T.Jones and J.Jones although I suppose it's possible.

  22. McEwen for 150k seems like a great price, I'm disappointed we were either not interested or not willing to pay up
  23. Is Kyle sitting on his wallet or what? Fringe Canadians and guys on their way back from injury - seems like that's all we can sign. Is there any big fish remaining? I'm not seeing it.
