Expansion by 2017 to Include Toronto, Vegas,Seattle and Quebec City?
I hate the idea of expansion, but the league has pretty much set themselves up for it with the change in divisions. I'm sure they don't plan on having unbalanced divisions forever. There will be a lot of new NHL jobs opening up. I played a bit of Junior 20 years ago. Maybe I still have a chance?

Chiefs release Weston Dressler(Updated: Now signed by Riders)
It's good for him. It's bad for the rest of us now b/c now, assuming he doesn't play, we'll have to see 10k closeups of him on the Rider sidelines during the game this weekend.

Jim Bell out as Bombers COO
Other than being a nice guy, which I have first hand experience is very much true, do we know if he was actually good at his job or not?
-
Jim Bell out as Bombers COO
It will unquestionably be the worst case scenario.

Argos Release Johnson, Sinkfield and Dwight Anderson
Maybe they're clearing the deck for a run at Dressler?

Kromah likely to make Bomber debut Friday
I thought this too, but now I'm not sure. O'Shea was very non-commital about who plays between Kromah & Kuale. He said he wouldn't announce it until they're getting on the bus to go. IMO that sounds more promising for the new guy than the guy defending his job.

Alex Hall and Linden Gaydosh released by Panthers
O'Shea said on the coaches show tonight, when asked about Hall, that he didn't want players on the team who don't do what's asked of them. He compared him to Peyton & Montford, two pass rush specialists who complained about their roles in an Etch D. It really doesn't sound like O'Shea wants him.

Ameet Pall
It's Pall who should be upset then, not Iso.

Chiefs release Weston Dressler(Updated: Now signed by Riders)
Agreed. I don't even think he's the best receiver in the league.

Thankfully there's a date & time on these posts so Iso can tell his doctor the exact moment when he lost his mind.

Alex Hall and Linden Gaydosh released by Panthers
I think Peach has been better than Vega so far this season. Better than a guy who's been either missing games to injury or playing hurt? Not much of a bar you're setting. Bottom line Hall would upgrade the DEs on this team My opinion that Peach has been better than Vega so far has nothing to do with Hall. I already said on page 1 of this thread I want him back.

Alex Hall and Linden Gaydosh released by Panthers
I think it got legs when people were trying to justify trading him last year. Now they've told themselves the lie so often they believe it. So per Jaquie he went offside 10 times in 12 games as a Bomber last season. You don't consider that a lot?

Alex Hall and Linden Gaydosh released by Panthers
Sort of, but he REALLY did not like the coaching staff we had last year for obvious reasons. That's why all the mentions of Hall to Toronto are funny. I'd think that would be the last place he'd go. IMO he signs in either Ottawa or Winnipeg.

Alex Hall and Linden Gaydosh released by Panthers
Can anybody find individual penalty stats? It seemed like he went offside a lot. I'd be interested to see how he compared to other dl in the league.

So I think we know who the better RB is now
Grigsby & Cotton would look good in Sask. too.
-
Alex Hall and Linden Gaydosh released by Panthers
He's big, athletic, and a great pass rusher. He'd fit in here just fine.

Alex Hall and Linden Gaydosh released by Panthers
Riders DL doesn't need him.

Do you think Cheveldayoff is doing a good job?
Seto to the Flames for 1 yr / $750k.

So I think we know who the better RB is now
We didn't have a 1k rusher last season.

The Good, The Bad and The Ugly - Week 9
I thought punting out of the end zone was a good call considering the opponent (especially on the first one with Brink still in the game). The odds of Montreal scoring a TD were low...an FG is only one point more than a safety. The Bombers were lights out on kick coverage all night. Totally agree. You're guaranteeing them 2 points and the ball if you concede. A punt forces them to work to get anything. Unless it's the last minute of a half, or there's a huge wind, I would punt too.

Ameet Pall
How could he leave if he was still under contract? Weren't the Stamps required to pay for his rehab?

MorningBigBlue.com TSN Weekly Fantasy Contest
Anybody else think that TSN couldn't care less about this? They didn't bother to sort out what to do about Toronto playing two games last week, they have several guys who aren't in the league in the player list, and Edmonton's starting rb, who's been on the team for several weeks, isn't listed.
