The last two posts show what the real problem is. What's very clear to one fan isn't to another. Refs make their calls in real time. It's a sub-second decision based on a single point of view. The fact that they aren't over turned very often, shows that they are doing a pretty damn good job. If you have to say that the camera angle isn't right to prove your right, then you're wrong, not the refs.

I don't mind Kate. I'd get rid of Milt & Baker. Replace them both with PLAP. Sanchez or Muamba so we have 1 player and 1 coach. Matty can go to color. His enthusiasm for the game is contagious. I also like Ford and Ferguson. Replace the rest one a year with younger guys. I like the idea of Straight Fire, but stop the stupid screaming and just show the plays. Forced humor is worse than no humor. Talk about the game instead. No interviews while the play is going on. Move them to the half time show.

Leaders don't get out of the way. They lead the way. Leaders follow other leaders when they agree with them, not blindly. That's the whole point of my MAGA example and yes, it does show our lack of progress too.

Reminder... Never work for me! You have the deadly combination of ignorance combined with arrogance. Blindly following isn't leadership. Putting yourself 2nd is a definition of a follower. I want honesty in my leaders. Saying the 'right thing' when you think your leader is wrong is dishonest. Note: This doesn't mean you can't support your team. It means that you shouldn't blindly support people above you in the chain of command. Leaders sell the dream and get buy in to that dream. That's why it was the "I have a dream speech", not the "this other guy has the dream and I'mma gonna follow it" speech. MAGA's follow their leader blindly and make excuses for his behavior. They are committed to the team and the result, putting themselves 2nd to their great leader. Anyone who thinks that makes them leaders themselves are simply wrong about leadership.

What you're calling a leader, I call a yes man. Simply parroting your boss is called following. Leaders lead. Followers follow. Leaders aren't followers and followers aren't leaders. Players play for themselves and for the common goal. It's not one or the other.

I don't want any player to be OK with being pulled. I don't want any player to pretend that they support a coaching decision that they don't. A good leader is honest and committed not happy to be pulled and supportive of bad decisions.
