Good points, I don't think that would be an unreasonable way to go.

All in all, I see no drop off if Harris is a go. If I had to guess, it looks like we're going to go with Heath and Tennant as the scratches?

I can't wait until Montreal and Saskatchewan play eachother again.

2017 CFL Draft
Probably just because everyone thinks he's NFL bound though, let's be real.

Interesting that Frederick has beat out Adams ... I kinda like it.

2017 CFL Draft
Maybe it was just a weak OL class, I can't remember exactly what I heard.

Interesting. Personally, I wouldn't be interested but I feel like Saskatchewan would.

I really would like to get Junior Luke if possible. He's got some good potential, imo

2017 CFL Draft
http://www.cfl.ca/2016/09/15/senior-headlines-central-scouting-bureau-september-rankings/ Glad these are finally out. From what I've heard, it's a pretty weak draft year. Pretty telling that there's a TE in the top 10 prospects. Good to see a Manitoba boy in the top 20 though, especially an OL - there is definitely a shortage of them this year though.

Like I said, anyone using this story to push an agenda of any kind is an absolute idiot. ... so no surprise Rod Pedersen is all over it.

Incident at Banjo Bowl
Serious question and I'm not asking this to diminish anything you may have to say but aren't you like 15 years old? I guess what I'm saying is familiarity with how alcohol consumption can and can't be dealt with may be out of your comfort zone. These things are already ALL in place. Rules don't prevent jerks from being jerks. People who break rules aren't going to be deterred by more rules.

In Case You Missed It - Sept 14's The Insider
We're super deep at corner but if their argument is that we needed a top halfback to either 1) get Bruce Johnson on the bench or 2) get Kevin Fogg some rest, I'd be hard pressed to argue with either statement I mean, who do we have after Fogg and Johnson that can play halfback? Meanwhile, we could field two sets of starting corners.

Randle for Carter would be trading one of the best leaders in our locker room for one of the dumbest athletes in North America. No thank you.

Nichols vs Glenn
I can't deny it, he's really made strides in that area. I remember "bad body language" Nichols and that guy is all but gone.

Bombers Trade Willy for DB TJ Heath, Acquire Kevin Glenn
When Walters took over, here was our Canadian situation RB/FB: Volny, Fitzgerald, Pontbriand REC: Foster, Kohlert, Etienne, Poblah, Watson, Carter OL: Greaves, Kowalczuk, Morley, Pencer, Neufeld, Sorensen, Swiston, Paliwoda DL: Thomas, Lucas, Boulay LB: Muamba, Labbe, Dubuisson, Stephan DB: Muamba, Sherman, West Fast forward three years: Literally 3 or 4 legitimate starting caliber players on that list. I can now safely say we probably have about 13 Canadians on our team who, while they may not all be full time starting quality, are good enough that I wouldn't worry if they were atop the depth charts. Harris, Chungh, Goossen, Kohlert, Feoli-Gudino, Westerman, Shologan, Thomas, Corney, Waggoner, Hurl, Loffler, Jones There isn't a guy on that list who I'd be worried about if they were starting / had to start in a pinch for us.

Waggoner also rotates in on several defensive packages. Just because he's not a "starter" doesn't mean he's not contributing. He plays plenty and he does a good job.

Nichols vs Glenn
I have to be honest, I think it's you who is exaggerating. Using "easily over 50%" as your benchmark is a dead giveaway. Off the top of my head, I can think of three awful throws last game alone without even looking at the game again. The catch by Dressler, the catch by JFG and a throw Nichols skipped into the dirt on a screen play on 2nd down. Those were all bad throws. It's okay to be supportive of Nichols and still be critical of him if it's fair. The criticism I'm giving him is pretty fair.

errr ... that isn't really true.
