I agree, we're are not utilizing the talent we have effectively. But Bowman was done, sadly. I'm also torn about Matthews. Willy was wrecked by not having an O-line. When he came back, he was a scared and never settled again. In the current Lapo offence, with the current O-line, with handoffs and checkdowns, I think even Willy could manage.

So, he doesn't have the tools. There's a reason he's bounced around so much. He has a tool or two, like MBT, but not enough tools to be a starter.

I'd have to look at the statistics but Streveler was far more involved at the end of the season last year then he has been all season this year. He platooned in during both playoff games.
