A lot easier to swap Halischuck and Peluso than to take Petan out for him. Peluso might end up waived eventually. It's not like we go into any game without back up. Thorburn will scrap. Other guys will step up of someone is being taken advantage of. Not the same as a killer like Peluso but skill is better.

Not sure why they gave him that contract tho. Not like it's big money but... seemed odd at the time and seems odd now. I'd expect peluso to not see much jets game action at all. He's a dying breed really. Guys who only fight will not be in the nhl soon.

I remember people thinking we should get rid of thorburn because Peluso was a better hockey player and better fighter. Thorburn seems to be able to play in more situations though You could be right. Perhaps they waive him to the Moose. At least get him some playing time.
