He's very highly skilled, 30+ goal potential in a full time role. Near NHL ready too. Brenden Lemieux is Claude's son. Plays like him too. Very much a pest, but he's only 20 and nowhere near NHL ready. Yet. Current comparable seems to be Andrew Shaw.

Lemieux is either a bottom six or mid six, depending on what you read. Plays tough. Under-rated offensive upside. Coached by hawerchuk in Barrie. Jets will surely know exactly what Lemieux is (surely called Dale on it).

February 11, 201510 yr Author comment_107615 There was a tweet I saw earlier that said our payroll has gone down with this trade. Especially with Buffalo retaining half of Stafford's salary. I do know Myers contract was front loaded, so we get a deal on the money we pay him starting next year or the year after. Since we aren't a cap team, this is a great deal for us. Frees up some cash to sign / re-sign some other players.
