This is likely a move to put a little heat on Milo as I can't see the weak legged Palardy being an upgrade.

To me, either Milo is hurt or this is an attempt to have somebody ready in case he doesn't come around. The way Milo kicked in 2013 would suggest that he is capable of better play but placekicking is such a confidence thing that he may be too far gone.
August 19, 201410 yr comment_74673 it's 2014 now, if a kicker is having accuracy issues you don't want to keep using him. A few missed field goals with the west being as tight as it is might be the difference between playoffs or not.

Milo has shown himself to be excellent but in the West Division it is near impossible to wait for a kicker to work themselves out of a funk. It is just way too close.
