July 14, 201410 yr comment_66249 A bit surprising. Not crazy surprising, but a bit. The only surprise is that he was actually brought back this year. He doesn't really do anything well enough to justify being anything more than a backup and we seem to have guys who can do that job better.

In years past being the incumbent might have been enough, but Walters brought in some really talented players this year. Hope he lands on his feet, and thanks for his time in blue and gold.

July 14, 201410 yr comment_66275 Saskatchewan and Edmonton are both still trying out running backs. Wouldn't be surprised if he gets a shot in either place. Maybe Ottawa but Ford brings a pretty similar skill set to Chevon Walker so I don't know if he would help them out too much.
