February 10Feb 10 comment_745434 Judging by the guest list I guess I shouldn't expect a new Wayne's World sketch like at SNL40. I just hope they do another in memoriam thing https://tvline.com/news/snl-50-anniversary-show-date-cast-guest-list-1235406389/

Mainly that he stole the Dr Evil voice from Dana's impression of Lorne Michaels.

Myers was on Carvey's podcast not that long ago.

They definitely did have issues for a long time over the Dr. Evil thing but yes they resolved that a few years ago after working together on a SuperBowl ad in 2021. https://www.audacy.com/national/music/dana-carvey-explains-strained-friendship-with-mike-myers
February 10Feb 10 comment_745467 anyway I thought the Wayne's World sketch in SNL40 was satisfying enough (it was even more satisfying to watch them call out Kanye)
February 11Feb 11 comment_745622 had no idea they were ending the show https://www.bellmedia.ca/the-lede/press/chaos-family-heart-children-ruin-everything-concludes-four-season-run-with-hilarious-and-heartfelt-finale/
February 12Feb 12 comment_745637 So, I wanted to catch up on some shows that I missed like the FBI Tuesday shows. Went to On Demand & can no longer watch them streaming. It seems Rogers & Bell are having some pissy licensing dispute & On Demand has been removed on Stack TV, CBC, Global, CTV & City TV stations. Reading that On Demand may never come back. can still watch Space & other stations. Once again, the lack of cpmpetition in this country leaves us a the mercy of these two Canadian telecommunication giants. We suffer & they don't care.

You're put on hold for hours. Even talking to a tech expert if there is a problem is a 2-3 hour hour adventure. Companies thaat treat their customers like that deserve no sympathy.

February 13Feb 13 comment_745783 I might give this show a try, though granted it might be a little grating to not see the character development we got in the film (referring to the Legally Blonde prequel) Edited April 4Apr 4 by iHeart

February 13Feb 13 comment_745805 yeah I thought he was pretty good, I was actually sorry that the Crown covered Churchill's passing (I'm even more sorry that the secretary that appeared up until the Pea Souper episode didn't exist)

February 14Feb 14 comment_745898 Did Netflix Just Cross the Streams? Apple and Netflix have seemingly managed to find some common ground and strike a partnership for integration in the Apple TV app. Some users in the US are starting to be prompted to connect their Netflix account to the Apple TV app on their Apple TV 4K devices. February 17Feb 17 comment_746016 well SNL50 was good but I feel they used up all the good material in SNL40 (but then again we're never going to see Celebrity Jeopardy ever again) The Music Doc and the movie we got last fall were a tad better Edited February 17Feb 17 by iHeart
February 17Feb 17 comment_746020 SNL 50 was sensational. I couldn't possibly have asked for more... Except maybe a Stefon in place of Downer, but Hader declined the invite. Just a tremendous effort all around.

I just wish Kattan didn't have chronic pain, have you ever wondered what could possibly happen if Mango had a run in with Stefon?
