I guess Ford was given a package of plays & wen jackson wanted him to go in , Ford refused because he was pissed off he wasn't starting. If true that he refused to play, he may have been the difference between winning & losing. I'd let him rot on the sidelines & let him walk in free agency. Guys like Ford who put themselves ahead of their teammates then he could be a cancer in the locker room. Yeah, Jones & Jackson screwed up with his playing time. Still no excuse to be so selfish.
