Nah. The first meeting of the year he went 14/28 220 yards and we didn’t pressure him then. It was close because that was maybe Zachs worst game of the year, and his last bad game.
Milanovich will know he’s gonna have time, and both he and bo have film against us this year which gives them an advantage in prep.
But at the end of the day, not running the ball plays into the hands of our D more than us not pressuring the pocket plays into Hamilton offence.

Also, if we swap haba for fox and rotate the dl we probably see the best pressure front of the year.

Mitchell has gotten a helluva lot better since then, so the least time he has the better.

I feel like the general consensus around here going into last week was that this line-up was the best that the Bombers have fielded so far this season

Still room for improvement, though.

Why does it feel like every team we play, the storyline that week is all about how great they are? VAJ, Rourke, Elks, now Bo.

I really like it cuz its so fun to see the moment they are completely forced to steer away from their script. 🙂

This club has taken the bad start we had AND has used it as a motivator....Are we done as a force in this league , was the question I'm sure every player asked themselves when they looked in the mirror and quickly came to the conclusion that the answer was....'NO gawd damn way........We're going to turn this thing around' and that became the theme AND it has become the new mantra right till this point  ......I don't think we're going to let up now and we should be able to cool ol Bo Levi's jets tomorrow....This team has the talent to go all the way ...and we'll sure as hell give it our best shot to be in the Cup, and bring another one home come NOV.  and ya just can't ask for a better turn around than that

Week 3 Power Rankings. We were dead last.

2. Winnipeg Blue Bombers (13-4)9. Winnipeg Blue Bombers (0-2)

Last Week: 5
Last Game: 23-19 loss to Ottawa
Next game: Vs. BC, Fri. June 21

Worth noting: We said it last week when they were at No. 5 and we’ll say it again this week with them at No. 9: this feels strange. Zach Collaros is yet to throw a passing touchdown and has three interceptions; the Bombers have allowed five sacks in two games, giving them the second-worst total in the league and they’re last in scoring, at 15.5 points per game. Those are all bad stats, but also things that as we head into Week 3 of the season, could change in one game. Injuries are a factor in their slow start. Brady Oliveira sat out last week’s loss to Ottawa and Kenny Lawler is on the six-game injured list with a fractured arm. Another star receiver, Dalton Schoen, sat out Monday’s practice with a hip issue. Time will heal some physical wounds and we still think that the Bombers will find their way back to the upper levels of these rankings.

Current rankings.

2. Winnipeg Blue Bombers (13-4)1. Winnipeg Blue Bombers (9-6)

Last Week: 1
Last Game: 55-27 win over Edmonton
Next game: At Hamilton, Fri. Oct. 4

Worth noting: The Bombers are now 9-2 since that 0-4 start to their season and are playoff-bound for the eighth consecutive year. Big games from Zach Collaros, Brady Oliveira and Nic Demski in last week’s demolition of the Elks should be very encouraging for a fan base that through all of the recent success they’ve seen, may have still been questioning that side of the ball. A career night from Collaros likely provides a confidence boost from the field level through all of the seats at Princess Auto Stadium.

To date, the clear winner of this visual is Suitor's 'discussion' with Keith Urban.

Cringe.

I don't know man... not only does that look a lot like Rod Black, but don't you remember how creepy he would talk about him? I mean it was borderline sexual harassment... I remember how uncomfortable I felt listening to Rod Black... just creepy...

Isn't Staala in witness protection so he could get away from Rod Black?

Let’s call it a draw. :)
