June 17, 20232 yr comment_637733 1. Schoen -the stats don't lie and a few phenomenal catches 2. Grant- that KR is legendary 3. Zach- just on fire and looking young HH goes to Willie. Made some big plays Edited June 17, 20232 yr by Goalie
June 17, 20232 yr comment_637739 Not sure about 3 stars but I must add that our o-line is just AWESOME.
June 17, 20232 yr comment_637742 Roadhouse ZC Woli HH Brit Dorn O is purring like a kitten, the D needs to figure out a few things, Castillo is human. Always nice to beat the Rider especially at IG West
June 17, 20232 yr comment_637743 1. ZC ,hes just magic. 2. That O line. There's none better. 3. Grant, wow ,what a return that was . And to think they was gonna take it from us. HH. Willie and Haba had decent games. Haba will be a force.
June 17, 20232 yr comment_637747 that kick return by Grant... that was just pure effort. shoulda been down 3, 4, 5 times. even the useless refs couldn't stop him. Biggie was right, play of the year
June 17, 20232 yr comment_637748 1. Zach Magic 2. Schoen with the big catches 3. Grant HH. Yoshi with the one hand pancake on the inside guy and then getting into his pass pro stance on the outside guy. SMH at the officials. So many poor and confusing calls.
June 17, 20232 yr comment_637749 1 Collaros getting it done with very little running game and a lot of zone blitz which is really hard to carve up. 2 Grant likely a top 10 all time CFL play, glad incompetent refs couldn't ruin it 3 Holm league leader in passes defended, start catching some of them HH Alexander, flying around, very active role tonight in the box
June 17, 20232 yr comment_637751 Give some love to wolitarsky too. guy made more than a few catches and took a pop afterwards to keep the sticks moving.
June 17, 20232 yr comment_637752 1. Zac…just a leader and a winner 2.grant….enough said 3.Schoen had a massive game hh…drrrrreeeewwwww! What a stud Edited June 17, 20232 yr by Albertabomberguy

Biggie was right, play of the year Legendary effort. He put the whole team on his back and killed the back and forth scoring. seriously some longest yard type play. The room is gonna explode when they do film for this game.

June 17, 20232 yr comment_637758 yeah not only was it an extraordinary effort to score.. it absolutely broke the riders spirit. after that it was game over. **** the refs for trying to take that away.

Grant always comes up huge when called upon. Stokes put up some tds in games that didn’t matter and that didn’t win games. But grant always seems to put up a score in clutch moments. miller is the kick cover goat but grant is the blue n gold kr goat. He’s got a couple more years left too. When I was young we watched the play from the longest yard in football in slow mo. Grant is that type of teachable player, young krs should study him.
June 17, 20232 yr comment_637764 Janarion Grant's kick return was actually 145 yards - 65 from sideline to sideline and then 90 up the field. Amazing.
June 17, 20232 yr comment_637766 Totally agree that Grant has a knack for busting a big return at key moments. dare I say the guy is a bit under rated by us as a fanbase?
June 17, 20232 yr comment_637768 Was wondering about the distance. 10 minutes ago, Doublezero said: Janarion Grant's kick return was actually 145 yards - 65 from sideline to sideline and then 90 up the field. Amazing. So we were talking, “wow, what a fargin run! oh a flag, damn that was such a nice run though. yeah, wonder if we can challenge the flag, probably not. oh they can challenge. And did! oh they’ll never turn it over anyways. hey, was demski even on the field? Doesn’t matter, refs always call the wrong number. (refs announce command centers decision) I’ve never seen anything like it. Holy ****! ^5s” incredible play. I’ll always remember that. Edited June 17, 20232 yr by Rod Black

Just as spectacular as it was watching it live. Sheahan had a great punt to the bouncer inside the 20 and a good night over all despite limited work and poor coverage again.
June 17, 20232 yr comment_637776 That Grant return looked like Bo Jackson in Tecmo Bowl with the green jerseys diving everywhere. The replay is up.

June 17, 20232 yr comment_637782 Offense getting it done tonight on a team which quite frankly looked to have a pretty formidable defense. Grant...spectacular. Has been lights out for us the past half dozen games but tonight's return was one for the ages. But top player is Evan "Soft Blanket" Holm. No doubter.
