Khari's head coaching career on par with his last year of passing.

They have struggled since back half of last season, but still.....give the dude some rope....not sure why Miles was let go....Thorpe isn't gonna make em better...in all honesty the guys kind of a tool

Jones could have been their Osh. Let the guy grow, build the roster over time and surround him with appropriate talent

this exactly....and you know the locker room has guys who will not be happy...and Macciaioca is very removed from todays game, and athlete....i can see them really floundering now

Think Khari got a bad break here. He wasn't great but if you fired him this early in the season you clearly weren't committed to him. I am really, really surprised to see Miles get fired. But I guess if you're stabbing one coach in the back, doing it to a second one is easy. 

Wow. ALS have the best PF In the East and one game out of first. Seems to be a premature decision.

I’d take him as a qb coach in a heart beat. Some one to be on the side line while buck is in the booth.

I bet you Barron Miles refused to accept Khari getting the boot and that's why he got the boot

Stupid move by an egomaniac. I really feel for Khari but the writing was on the wall when Macioca got hired as GM. 
 

I hope the ALS lose every game the rest of the season ( unless they are playing the riders).

Except they are done playing the Als unless they get into a crossover (very possible at this point)

Proof of this was his facial expression when Stegall caught the game winning TD in Edmonton in 06. When he checked for flags and saw none his expression was one for the memory bank.

Sure, don't let a bright young dude, with potential like KJ develop and grow, along with the team..... the right kinda culture. 
Instead you panic early, and dump him for a proven non-commodity like Macioca.  
This is simply slamming the gears into full reverse......
 

Khari is awesome.  He will land on his feet somewhere.
