Don't worry, Keith Urban has nothing to do with Country music, so you guys will love it. He's a Pop/Rock artist and one of the best guitarists in the world. He'll be a great half time show...

🤢 Cmon man he is country af. "John Cougar, John Deere, John 3:16"  "Blue Ain't Your Color", look at his wiki every other sentence is top 100 country chart. Maybe one of the best country guitarist in the world.

Better name quality then weve seen at time, and better then the half time junk weve been subjected to this year. I never watch the half time show at the GC, Id say this is better then usual for star power.

I was flipping through my dad's vinyl as a teen when I came across Kristofferson and up til that point only knew him as 'the old guy from Blade'

I'm not a country or pop guy but good for the CFL. He has to be better than Shania.

Urban is great... Gonna be a fantastic half time show and I'm stoked we have tix already. Got my game tix and TDMB tix. Hoping to snag entry into the Thursday night Spirit of Edmonton party. Gonna be a fantastic weekend... Here's hoping our boys are there to top it all off. 

MeH....... he ain't exactly gonna attract many new young fans.... and I'm sure the menopausal women who tune in for him don't by many tickets next year either

Watched a big production on Public broadcasting the other day about the roots of country music...I didn't realize Hank Williams was only 29 when he died...Big loss to the country music world then...His song writing and performances (right from the heart) were something else...Tragic end to a great talent

Not that I'm disagreeing with you ,  the depth charts do show we have faced opponents missing their starters, 

But at what point is the backup no longer the backup?   Otherwise I could ( but again I won't) argue that all but one of our opponents played our backup this year 

Week two Fajardo was our starter, and has been since 

 

Kilgore will have 5 Or 6 starts by the time we see him,  so who knows what he'll be like
