Refs get paid , pretty good at this level although not as well as NFL. No excuses for shitty calling, they even have pro backup to get it right!

We won, lots of criticism for all fawcetts of this game , but bottem line we found a way to win in the end.

Boy I really like Allen at safety! This is maybe what this backfield has been missing. So far every play he is around where the ball is thrown.

I actually like Wilson as a short yardage QB. He seems to get off faster than Strev and keeps lower, his instincts to move right or left when over the center gets plugged just seems better. Anytime he has been in on short yardage positives have happened. Whether he can run a regular offence is hard to say as he has not had a lot of opportunity. Strev is 2-0 this year when he has started although it has not been pretty. Seems to not have the escapability needed as a run and gun QB like he used to. dont know if his knee surgery is affecting this more than thought or not.

Ya I agree, after watching that , then seeing Younger and the way he handled himself I have no confidence in this new OC. Kind of reminds me a bit of Kellys arrogance. I think its time for a mid season change and put Jackson in charge of that O, otherwise going to be a long season.

Why not move Wheatfall inside for a game and give Mitchell his shot. Wheatfall has done nothing in the 3 losses anyways. If it dont work then cur our losses and next man up. You cant just keep hanging on to a high profile signing, got to be able to admit when you are wrong .

Thats smart thinking, especially if Zac is still feeling some effect of his last Upper Body injury. Strev offers a number of intangibles which just might make this work. It also gives Zac time to get over his ailment and his head back to where it needs to be. Well worth a try cause sure as heck what weve done the last 3 games is not going to win many games going forward.

You might be right. 2008 was Glenn QB, 2009 was the coaching disaster with Leflor as QB. I was at the game he scored his record breaking TD but its foggy now. Khari does make sense.

Bryant is out right now and we have Vanterpol 26, Randolph 26 and Wallace 25 to mix with the 2 30 plus year olds. Getting off the ball quick and fast pacing will tire a Dline always chasing and not able to switch out a lot quicker especially late in the game

The smart bets probably Lawler, but Im going to stick with Olivera. Time he gets a TD this year and Im thinking we will need it this game.

First half they were not worth it, Lawler dropped an easy catch and Bo was stymied by the Ottawa defence, but first possesion of second half one contested end zone jump ball shows Lawlers worth.

With the uncertainty of todays Stamps riders game still Ill play it safe and go for Lawler.

Here's a dumb question. What happens in the event a game gets cancelled. For example tonight's game in Regina has that possibility , due to high smoke levels. By league rules if they play again during the year then they have a 2 possession game at the start to determine the outcome of the first game. If they don't then the game goes down as a tie. What happens to the people picking someone during this game, I was considering Stevens or Mills, but now will wait and pick someone from another game.

Vaughters was an overpay though for what he has shown so far this year. Lawler is proving if any receiver is worth $300000 its him, I just dont think we had any sort of room at that price.
