If you ever stood at the corner of Portage and Main when the wind is howling and it's 40 below, you get to know what the meaning of cold is...I used to work down there , I swear I don't know how we used to survive it but we did...I'm going to date myself now cuz it was back in the sixties and the girls used to wear mini-skirts...I wore everything you could to keep out the cold but those gals just stood there.....legs beet red from the howler, and they just kept on truckin'...There was no underground at the corner in those days so you just waited out the light (which took forever) and froze...We are some tough cookies in this province...and I know we still are and us hearty souls will turn out to cheer the best team in the country

Being reported now on 3rd down that the reason Lemon went off on the rider player (he says it was Duke Williams) was because he spit on him...I hope, if that's true, the league investigates, and finds out for certain that this was the case.. Some form of action has to take place....That's a real no-no.....especially with this virus still very much prevelant....I thought that during that incident, something really serious must have gone down for a player to lose it like that....More Rider intimidation....and if true ....the worst kind and should not be tolerated

What the heck happened there.......it seems the Jets threw a switch when Helle started to stop anything and everything...The whole bench semed to come alive and scoring threats like Connor and Schief actually didn't just go through the motions..especially Connor.....Hope we can keep it up ..maybe Maurice isn't quite dead yet

Wheels tires have gone flat....How the team can justify keeping him around is unbelievable ...I don't know what's happening in the dressing room but if I were a player I would be a little more than upset at the 'stay the course' attitude that prevails....The coaches get paid to make corrections if a team is underperforming....Sitting on one's hands gets you a ticket out of town....We're beginning to look like the Canucks..... scared to make a move....We need to be proactive in dealing with what appears to be a club heading for the ditch....Everything should be on the table if this current play continues... I want to add........Seems to me I remember a quote from Helle in the offseason that we were 'building a dynasty'.....IF that be the case our effort this year has taken a serious hit.....He's got to be more than po'd with what he's seen so far

How can you not luv the guy if you're a true blue and gold supporter....He exemplifies everything a star CFL football player should and can be.....and to boot he's hometown grown....He was passed on an award but I'm sure he'd be the first to say the real one I want is in Ham. on Dec. 12th....Shine on Nic

IF Harris isn't practicing, could be we're making sure that we're keeping him healthy as long as possible, and that he's ready for next week and the final....Does he really need the reps.????Keeping him out as long as possible is a way to insure he's in top form for the final run.....I wouldn't be too worried about not seeing him on the field yet....Next week will reveal all (says the great swami)...When it really counts Andrew will be there
