The laws and the rights of citizens that you despise are the main things that have made this country great in the first place, the govt. must be accountable for upholding those rights, like it or not. If you wish to live in the "Wild West" I'm sure you can find many accommodating countries that will take you in.....but be careful of what you wish for.

Looking Ahead: Toronto Vs Winnipeg
If they could keep 4 Natls. on the field D side, it would allow them the flexibility to play Flanders in place of JFG, then they could go with two RB sets or rotate in Lankford or Harris at the receiver spot, I like the dynamic possibilities.

That's really what this hub-bub is all about, "politics". Conservatives want to keep this issue front and center for as long as possible, pointing fingers and throwing accusations as if their party had nothing to do with the current situation. The Libs. want to bury it and move on asap, as the ruling party they are attempting to steer clear of divisive issues that stink. The legality of the matter is cut and dried and there can be no rational discussion if the evidence is studied and understood, the Feds. screwed up and the taxpayers are going to pay the tab, regardless. People can argue until their blue in the face but the reality is, it is wiser to follow best legal advice and limit damage, because inevitably a payout and an apology was coming. Anyone who thinks there was another possible result is unfamiliar with the legal process or is just trying to score political points for their team. I personally detest both politics and religion as I see them as nothing more than hallucinatory distractions brought into this world to obscure reality.

Ian Wild Out 6 Weeks
Just to clarify, how many Natls. have to be on the D side for each down right now? They've got Hurl, Briggs, Loffler, Corney, Westerman, Thomas and Ekakitie to work with. Last game I couldn't keep track but it looked like they were playing more than required on most downs after Wild's injury.

Glad Frederick caught on, like Johnny Adams who he replaced both are good players.

O'Shea said just yesterday that he was a maybe for this game.....weird. Looks like Foketi and Flanders are the 2 man reserve once again, very consistent roster so far.

Top 50 CFL Players (opinion)
The fact that Henoc showed up to camp 15 lbs. overweight shows that he doesn't take his training or his CFL career very seriously. He may have presumed that because he is a Canadian MLB he will always find a CFL team willing to accommodate him, but that is a false assumption as many tier one Natls. including himself have been cast off in the last few years in order to shed bloated salaries. He may have found a home in Sask. for now but that could be his last refuge, if he doesn't commit to an attitude adjustment shortly he will dither away talent that could have provided him with a long CFL career.

The cannon fans are going to go ballistic.- Omar Khadr cashes in
30 seconds of search on Google clearly proves you're wrong, sleep deprivation can kill and it has been proven that the US govt. used this form of torture as well as other methods such as water-boarding at Guantanamo. What do you think they were doing there, rehabilitating terrorists? The whole reason for locating this prison in Cuba was so that they could subvert their own laws. https://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/dreaming-in-the-digital-age/201412/why-sleep-deprivation-is-torture- What happend to the Cannon?
Apparently the cannon is now fodder.- Some Positives
The drop off from Wild is deeper than the Grand Canyon.- Some Positives
That's really the strength of this Bomber team, the punt cover team has depth on depth on depth. Can't find a backup LB though...- TORONTO @ OTTAWA / HAMILTON @ SASK.
Love me some Jones.- Looking Ahead: Toronto Vs Winnipeg
Pretty obvious the D was winded in the second half but it's only the second game so conditioning is still a factor and the offence is occasionally expected to give them a break, which they didn't.- Looking Ahead: Toronto Vs Winnipeg
Would love to see Leggett back at HB until Johnson returns and see if Roc can play better at SAM, if not bye! Replace Briggs with an import and start Thomas in place of Poop.- Looking Ahead: Toronto Vs Winnipeg
Roc might be able to fill in for Leggett at SAM but he doesn't look equipped to play WIL. To put it in perspective he has the same dimensions as Denmark, 5'-10 190.- TORONTO @ OTTAWA / HAMILTON @ SASK.
I think the Ticats problems stem from the top down, they don't seem to be competitive in the personnel and F.A. market anymore and the last few years they've been relying on a lot of retreads donated by other teams to find starters. 3-4 years ago they were quite active in F.A. and had a plethora of talent stock piled on both their O and D lines, it seems they have lost a lot of that depth to F.A. in the past two years. They still have a few high dollar contracts in Laurent and Collaros but SMS may be constraining them elsewhere. Could be some penny-pinching at the top preventing Austin from running his football dept., retaining good coordinators and going after F.A. talent. - What happend to the Cannon?
