Bomber News: 2019 Off Season
That's like playing not to lose. Get a returner back there that puts the coverage team in full alert mode.

Game 25 : @ Devils & Dust
Broissot is really smart with the puck. Good puck handling goaltender.
-
Game 25 : @ Devils & Dust
Why on earth would the the Jets collapse their coverage like that? Jeebus.

Game 25 : @ Devils & Dust
Our depth is being tested. Hopefully we are the Calgary Stampeders of the NHL.

Needs for next year
What's interesting to me if indeed Nichols injury was more severe than the club was willing to share, is that they are saying an 70%-80% healthy Nichols puts us in a better position to win than a 100% healthy Streveler. Making the playoffs, winning west semi-final supports that argument?

Around the League: 2018 Season
In this day in age, stupidity, violent behavior and really really bad choices is very very difficult not to be videotaped. As much as I think emerging technology has many many downsides, this is a plus imo.

Around the League: 2018 Season
What does part of the sentence 'to the club' mean?

Game 24 : Chicago
I don't think there is anyway he would consider coming back to the Jets though, I think he wasn't happy being a healthy scratch whether it was warranted or not. And I know you were being tongue in cheek.

Game 24 : Chicago
I'm no goalie expert and nor an expert on what D system Jets employ but it appears to me that Helle plays pretty deep in his crease. If our D is faltering more than usual does Helle playing deep in his crease add to our struggles of late keeping the puck out of our net?

Game 24 : Chicago
Ummm. #notevenclose

Game 24 : Chicago
Yup. A win though?

Game 24 : Chicago
Helle's due for a shutout tonight. If you say it before the game, it's not a jinx. In other words, bounce back game. ,:)

Game 23 : Penguins and Polar Bears
Petan reminds me of how Eberle plays but way more inconsistent.

Game 23 : Penguins and Polar Bears
Lets hope they can rekindle that at the NHL level.

Grey Cup - predictions
Yup, they should have an award for best depth. Calgary wins hands down.

He wore a nice scarf handing out an award. He beats by his drum thats for sure.

Needs for next year
Since you raised his name, the BB Organization should hire this man to be our Ambassador to lure high end talent here. Good investment I say. We have a road named after him for (insert word) sakes.

Needs for next year
Yup that's how I interpreted it as well.

View from the stands
We love Dervin and his roar. Great analogy. :-)

Grey Cup - predictions
Tonight, my son and I are going to the CFL awards event at Winspear here in Edmonton. I plan on giving our Bomber players a big welcome cheer from the Morning Big Blue community sans the non Blue and Gold posters :-)

Demand for Compensation
You're right and that's why some players can't relate to our impatience because, on average, they have a short lifespan with this organization. It's not a criticism at all against the players but them understanding it would go along way.

Demand for Compensation
Not the most empathetic line for lifelong Bomber fans. We've heard more than once 'This regime is on the right track'. Obviously we wish success for Miller and company but don't say we get stupid because of 28 years with no cup, that's absurd.
