You did misinterpret. Those are privileges, not rights. And in the Charter, Rights are subject to reasonable limitations for the greater public good. And if you had a clear medical issue that was not elective, your right to medical treatment would not have been denied.

Difference is Cosby admitted what he did in a deposition and got acquitted criminally due to abuse of process. Spacey was not found liable on a balance of probabilities in a civil case, so no actual finding that he did anything. And Cosby’s career was mighty quiet anyway before his scandal came out. Spacey was still winning awards for “House of Cards” and doing movies when he was axed from every project by the studios.
