TBH - Kongbo didn't seem terribly impactful in the pass rush last night... I don't think he played himself into a consistent spot on that roster unless guys stay hurt for awhile longer

Glenn would have been an upgrade over our starter from when we dumped him in 2009 until we got Nichols with the exception of Buck Pierce and you could make an argument that Glenn being consistently healthy would have been an upgrade over Pierce who had serious problems staying healthy (basically 2011 was the only year we had a consistently healthy Pierce). You gotta imagine that Glenn's performance would have likely been better as well if he'd been in a long-term situation instead of being a journeyman learning new systems and developing new relationships with receivers constantly.

A lot of people thought the Bombers were the ones getting shafted on that trade when it first happened... Neufeld was widely considered a decent OL but had serious injury concerns (couldn't stay healthy, potentially never going to get fully healthy)

Hurt himself on a best catch of the month candidate highlight... One thing is for sure - Lawler didn't sit on his large contract laurels this year, he really tried to play well enough to justify the contract.

MBT is a decent QB - biggest knock is that he is Hot & Cold... It seems like when he understands what the defense is doing he is lights out but when he is uncomfortable he's pretty bad. Doesn't help that he is not a mobile QB so teams don't need to play contain during their rush.

I've been saying Cornelius looks to have the tools since last year. Edmonton has been a complete shitshow with personnel changes and instability... judging a QB who was straight out of college (last year) in that kind of environment because he made mistakes..... eh

The fumble wasn't really about Collaros being careless trying to make something happen while trying to avoid a sack - He was winding up to throw and didn't see the guy coming unblocked from his blind side (who got there just as he was pulling the ball back).
