He's progressing each game..a lot of times this game he set his platform.. threw a solid strike...as he gets more reps..sees more things.. he will set more. He gets antsy at times..and too eager and short arms it and doesnt let the play fully develop...with time and reps..like all QBs say it will slow down and he will hang in there and make the strikes.. But that running..man what a beast..and once he gets more established he wont have to run as much..but when he dies..lookout! The thing with him tho..a warrior leader and his play pumps up everyone else around him and they elevate their play..he is showing now he is a keeper

Note before game in warm ups..riders showing their usual non professionalism.. and total douchery..Marshall and another guy were about 5 yards over the 55..taunting and trying to cause ****..we just ignored it..and took em behind woodshed for a beating

yeah we actually improve there...I see him as a nice possession receiver with big play ability...we shall see...he definitely is passionate so u know we will get the best outta him

Also in the 5 games versus Wpg..CGY...HAM and MTL has thrown for 1 TD against 4 INT's....68 yards one game...89 yards another game..166 in another...sure got 300 vs us..but who doesn't...and I heard we are worst secondary in the league anyway lol...play a team other than T.O..B.C..or OTT and the numbers are basically what he is...career back-up....I sure hope they extend him and hitch their tractors to him for starter cash

which means exactly jack squat....look at all the yards Edm puts up through the air...and how many TD's...Fartado put up 300 yards last game...2 picks...wasn't reason you "won" and won't be again...now your just flailing away at whatever...and as a stats guy, and analytics you should look at the stats as a whole..and the end results...wins...points per game..TD's allowed..passing percentage...avg gain per pass...etc..etc...before you make a dumb statement...not just cherry pick 1 stat as the basis for your analysis I'm a stats guy too..also a combine guy and a measurable and training guy getting athletes ready for draft/combines...if we used one metric or picked out the one stat..good or bad to evaluate something..there would be a lot of lousy players kicking around. Just like a previous O-Line discussion re: sacks and how Rider's fanatics think their line was soooo good cause they were close to the top in regards to sacks given up...which actually doesn't tell the true story...avg depth of play...time of possession in QB hand from snap to release..defensive front faced...among many others...these are the things we put together to grade and assess an O-line and O-line play...and generally accepted weaker lines revert to the short depth of play, and minimal QB handling of ball...or in a nutshell...a Sask offence the last 2-3 years

Yeah I thought he was the smoothest and most polished route runner...and when ball hit his hands seemed very fast..especially in the middle of the field...thick and strong too. Never saw him drop a thing the 3 or 4 times I was there at TC/Practice....and watching his interview...just pumped for the guy...he is just raring to go off me thinks...and agree with what he says...he is/was very supportive and excited for his brothers on the sideline the games he didn't dress

yeah making basically posts based on ire toward a team and ignoring the facts and or stats seems somewhat of a waste of time and effort, and serves no real purpose...but have learned from history when even posting on their site with stats backing it up...they still just don't get it...i guess minimal intelligence and never leaving that province and not knowing better plays into it

k...enjoy your posts and bantering with you but really?..how do you say worst in league...compared to you guys: 2nd in interceptions with 16 (Sask third last with 9) 1st in opponents passing efficiency at 75.8% (Sask 5th at 89.3) 3rd in opponents completion % at 61.0%..league best is 60.6 ( Sask 4th at 67.7%) 2nd in opponents passing TD's (Sask tied for 3rd with 3 others) 3rd in opponents average pass (Sask 4th) Sask is 2nd in average passing yards given up per game and Wpg is 5th so you got us there...mind you teams have attempted only 291 attempts on you and 420 versus Winnipeg but thats because they cant run as well on us as shown with 69 yards against Wpg on average and 91 yards against SSK on average...And a lot of that yardage on runs is a result of good run support by the DB's Coupled with we have gave up the same amount of points on defence as you in 1 extra game played as well...part of which is due to the secondary So tell me how does that indicate that WPG is the worst Secondary again...as stats show...WPG grades out better than SSK in all the major areas, other than 1
