The operations cap also meant no contract extension for Kyle Walters this year. What are the odds he lands somewhere else next season along with Buck Pierce, Dru Brown and several others? I'd like to be optimistic but have a feeling that this 2023 season might be Bombers best shot at winning another cup for awhile ... I'd be OK with that though

To be fair, Zach took a high hit in the first series that the refs missed. Took a bit of an ouch to the collarbone by the looks of it and now a knock on the noggin to boot. But I agree that Dru Brown looks pretty good so far. Not surprised. He will be in demand next season if he gets to FA status.
