With Lucas as a starting DT, that's essentially a way of putting the 7th NI spot as a rotation correct. As in Lucas starts but Newman may come in to play lb or safety or Briggs at lb or Bucknor at field corner and Alexander moving to safety.

So in the CFLPA's proposal according to him, the floor is 4.8 million, the top amount is 5.8, so they're only asking teams to spend 4.8 million plus the bonuses. Yeah, cause all teams will do that. Plus if they do, you won't cry collusion. The bonus is for all their hard work etc. We deserve more yada, yada, yada. If you think about it, even if you go from 4.4 million to 4.8 million plus the vet bonus that's 1 million more. But more likely 4.4-5.8 million is 1.4 +.6 so spend 2 million more this year or most of your new tv $. Sure Ottawa is new and has folded twice. Montreal, Toronto, Hamilton all lose $ and BC is year to year. Guy couldn't run a lemonaide stand.
