Blue Bomber Attendance
Lots sand lots of complaining here. Wow. Seems like each of you has problems with: - Location of Stadium - Team Sucks - Cost of Tickets - Cost of Beer - Too late - Too early - Cost of Beer - Cost of Food - "It doesn't suit me today" Winnipeg has always been a finicky City with a touch of residents being cheap. Not much has changed from what I see. I've been a season ticket holder since 2011 and usually only miss one game of year due to either work commitments or an early vacation. Did I mention I live in Brandon? You know, the City 200 kms to the west of the Perimiter? Yes, there were huge transit issues the first couple of game, but we still made it there and back. There was also tons of construction on Pembina and the Perimiter that was needed The Bombers have pushed many transit, bike and parking options for all fans. The park and ride from Hydro works great for me. If it wasn't for picking up family members in the City, I'd likely use the same service from the Downs. Pay on the way in, free on the way out. The bus connections on the north side of the stadium have really freed up congestion on the south side of the stadium. Comparing access with that of Hamilton, Toronto, Montreal, Calgary, Edmonton and Saskatchewan, it's not all that bad (Sorry Ottawa and Vancouver, but I haven't visitied you yet). I've been to Blue Jays (parking), KC Royals (middle of nowhere in City, paid parking, great tailgates though), Minnesota Twins (parking cost) / Wild (turkey trail of tunnels/walkways from train to arena), Flames (parking), Oilers (parking), Miami Dolphins (any transit sucks), and New Orleans Saints (parking downtown) games. All have their challenges/costs for parking, transit, and access.

From Bye to Bye
I can see us winning every game where we score more points than the other team.

Around the League: 2018 Season
This is year 6 of the stadium being opened. 44 more years and it'll be time for a new one. You (and those fans) need to move on already. IMO, the stadium issues were and NDP problem, not a WBB problem. Specifically Greg Sellinger's problem for wanting to borrow to build everything (Floodway, Stadium, BiPole 3, Waskwatum, Keeyask).

Regular Season Bomber News & Discussion
Flanders as a receiver would just be a less glitchy version of Ryan Smyth.

When does the bowman experiment end? (Bowman traded to Montreal)
Cheerleaders and Smoked Meat sandwiches for the next trade.

When does the bowman experiment end? (Bowman traded to Montreal)
1. We can't have an "on-paper" 5'-10" receiving corp 2. Grey Cup is what I predicted. I was wrong. 3. Chris Matthews is 28 years old and available. Let's try sign him.

Who's going to the game in TO? (Sat, July 21/18)
My game day experience was great. After taking the UP express from the airport to Union Station, it was a mess of construction, google maps, walking in circles, and repeat before I found the TTC link down waterfront to get to the game. It was much easier taking the GO train from the west last year. The way home to the airport was easy. Along the way in I did meet a pair of Rider fans from Victoria BC trying to complete their goal of attending games in each CFL stadium. Walking to the stadium early, I skipped the Argos tailgate and walked over to the private unofficial tailgated on the siuth side of the stadium. Wearing full Bomber gear, I was apprehensive about walking into someone’s tailgate. I immediately was welcomed by a great bunch of people. 3 minutes later I was part of their crew, being offered food, beer and even their prized “Jungle Juice”. These guys and girls did it right... 55 gallon hitch mounted BBQ drum (painted in double blue) cooking burgers, dogs, sandwiches, ribs, and pizzas. One of the tailgaters was Paul Palma, a short stay Blue Bomber from the 1984 Grey Cup Championship team. The game itself was great. The Bomber fans congregated on the west side behind the bench. Plenty of Blue jerseys in the crowd. The game was a near perfect road game to attend (minus the two fumbles). Lots of fist bumps, high fives, and cheers to go around the whole time. Side note: the Jays did have great suppport all weekend. I was there Friday and Sunday. Two big late inning wins. Hopefully the bats can keep the momentum for the rest of the year.

Who's going to the game in TO? (Sat, July 21/18)
Nice. I was the end zone for $9US from Stubhub. I supported the team with beer sales.

Around the League: 2018 Season
I like this as it will close off the "Henoc Muamba" post-NFL-and-now-free-agent tours. Guys will still owe a year to the team that they left, if they want to return to the CFL.

The Bowman experiment will end with a Grey Cup.

Who's going to the game in TO? (Sat, July 21/18)
If we don’t support all franchises, the league will fail. I’ve attended games in All locations except BC and Ottawa, having season tickets in Edmonton and off course, Winnipeg. Games are fun everywhere. It’s better when you team is playing, but all are good. Toronto is finicky with all sports. 6 milllion people and only the Raptors and Leafs are near sell outs. Jays, Argos and even the weekday TFC game I was at last summer wasn’t sold out. Trains to and from the games, CN Exhibition was on, and a good to great atmosphere. I don’t get it.

Who's going to the game in TO? (Sat, July 21/18)
Hey Toronto, It's time again to warm up (or is it cool off) the 28 ounce Stella Artois machine as I am going to buy one or two of these in the first half (yes, these aren't sold in the 2nd half). BMO Field, here I come. I'm ultimately ending up in Toronto this weekend and will be attending this game along with some Jays games (Friday and Sunday). Anyone else form this board going to be their? Bluto? I'll be the guy wearing a white 31 Leggett jersey and a white Bombers hat. I'll most likely start sitting in the south endzone, then move behind the bombers bench to sit with whatever Bombers fans are there. Pop by and say hello. PS I bought my ticket on Stubhub for $9US to sit in the endzone. Works out to about $17 with all fees. There are two more $9US tickets available next to me yet. Even for Winnipeggers, this price is cheap.

Should Walters, Miller And The Board Of Directors Put Pressure On MOS To Fire Hall?
At the half, the score was 17-0. Multiple Choice Question: At halftime, If I told you that the Bomber defence would give up only 20 points in the 2nd half, would you be: A. Satisfied that we should win B. Mad because they should do better C. Worried the Bombers would lose the game AT that point in the game, I think 90% of us would be happy and would assume that we should win the game. In a dome game and our offense, there is no way we should lay an egg. We did.

Week 4 Hamilton @ Saskatchewan
Gainer is now in as QB.

Week 4 Hamilton @ Saskatchewan
They did use 1 timeout just before this play (at about 2:10 left in 2nd quarter).

Week 4 Hamilton @ Saskatchewan
Are these challengeable anymore?

Adidas Out As CFL Apparel Sponsor
I'm guessing Under Armour or Lulu Lemon. Under Armour for the jerseys and clothes, Lulu Lemon for the dance teams.

Should Walters, Miller And The Board Of Directors Put Pressure On MOS To Fire Hall?
It does matter that it’s week 3. No team has ever won the Grey Cup in July. They never will either. CFL is about getting to the playoffs, staying healthy, then peaking at the right time.

Should Walters, Miller And The Board Of Directors Put Pressure On MOS To Fire Hall?
It was 6 in a row they said at one point. That means one tired defence for us.

Should Walters, Miller And The Board Of Directors Put Pressure On MOS To Fire Hall?
Hold your horses people. It’s only Game 3 of the year. We had one LB returning from a long term injury, a new MLB, a CB and HB playing new positions, and a new HB and CB playing (rookie and injury replacement). We were playing st Hamilton’s home opener. Their fans would have been loud as the team is playing well. They were loud at 0-9 when I visited last year. On top of this, the offence had at least 6 two-and-outs in a row. The defence needs rest. We had a chance at the goal line to keep hope and missed it in the 4th quarter. What else can you ask for week in and week out?

Around the League: 2018 Season
According to CBC, the Bombers brought in Gale because Nichols was hurt. This is the worst story ever. It doesn't even mention the injury to Ross. Why does the CBC even try? https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/manitoba/blue-bombers-cfl-football-quarterback-mitchell-gale-1.4710775

Week 2 @ Montreal: Streveler Round 2 And Willy On A Short Rope
When do they quit selling beer in Montreal? And no 50-50?
