People are saying Mack is an awful person ? Not sure its an argument that actually exists. Generalizing but it boils down to two things. 1. Fans have a problem with him over his failure or perceived failure to improve the team. 2. Media has a problem with him because over the majority of his tenure he has made himself unavailable or unhelpfull. They also have no choice but to report on the lack of success. Both, generally, are fair game.

That's reasonable. Not saying there's nothing there with Goltz . Thurs. was just a snapshot with obvious midigating factors but nevertheless did not look great.

Saw the entire game. Goltz moved the ball at times with safe underneath routes, his few deep passes were incompletes. But what few good things he did were wiped out by mental mistakes. So what you're left with is a project QB , at this point, that's less effective than Elliott or Brink.

Adding yet another QB that wont help you isnt a plan, its' just Spin the Wheel of QBs Mack has been playing for awhile now.

True, Goltz isnt at the same experience level yet. Clement looked very fast but him and Hall were pretty unremarkable - again see no diff. with Elliot or Brink.

It was hard for me to watch at times too. Knowing what calibre of player WPG sent and the meaningless-ness of ex. games at the best of times. Goltz : A fine physical specimen but didnt see what made him superior over Elliot or Brink.

Managed to watch recording of game. For every one good Goltz play he made a boneheaded mental mistake - pick for a TD was extremely weak. In other words he's a rookie and a work in progress. If that's what the org. has settled on for the inevitible Pierce injury then Bomber fans have got to lower expectations and be prepared for losses.
