  12. Kyle Walters' first mistake or perceived mistake media will ask why such an inexperienced guy was chosen and declare it another symptom of dysfunction. If Walters is a quick study media will call him "boy wonder" or something and gush what a smart hire he was.

  22. The conventional wisdom was players, especially imports, did not see him as credible. Liked him, listened to him but wouldnt go to the "next level" for him. Would have fired him anyway when Cortez became availalbe whom they were courting.
