It's funny what they're finding out about some candidates. The peeing in a mug thing and another Conservative who was busted making prank calls are fun to laugh at, but pretty harmless. I'd like to hear the explanation behind the guy peeing in the mug. Why didn't he just use the bathroom? A gay man venting about the church shouldn't be that surprising to people, but I can see how the religious right would have a stroke over it. I think that what's really getting people pissed off is the sanctimonious ******* NDP always goes insane and shits its pants over everyone else, but gives a free pass to idiots like Fin Donnelly who lied on national TV, and now this clown with his stupid tweets. Imagine if a Conservative had tweeted that the Pope should go eff himself. The ****-head NDP would be going loony-tunes. At the very least this guy should be fired. It's ridiculous. Personal success, yes, in that he became PM. It's a little less clear as to how successful he's been at his actual job.

I've seen a few stories lately about dissension within the Conservative ranks. A lot of insiders aren't happy with how the campaign has been going so far. I don't blame them. Those "He's just not ready" ads are terrible, and the new ad by them stating "Harper isn't perfect" seems to be pointing out that people don't really like him anymore. Strange strategy imo.

Agreed. Imo we'd have to pretty much lose out for O'Shea to lose his job. Bellefeuille lasts the rest of this season but is axed soon after.

Jones is still Giants property. They chose to keep him around despite the injury. He ain't coming back to the CFL any time soon. I think he got an injury settlement and was released.

An argument can be made either way for how to use the rbs. Tackling gets harder when you're tired. Bringing down a beast like Marshall when he's fresh and you've tired can't be easy. Marshall was pretty successful earlier this season when he was coming in after Cotton. Make them chase the fast guy early and run them over with the big guy late. Makes as much sense as the opposite.

Remember when we all said this about Willy, Brohm and Marve? Pretty different this time. Nichols is proven to be a capable backup.

A. Kelly helped us win the First game vs Toronto with 2 TDs I don;t think another Bomber REC had 2 TDs in a game all last year, he also helped us win vs HAM with a critical catch on the winning drive and a very strong game so in our first 3 games he was important in 2 wins, he also has another very good game in another win ( don't remember the details ) A. Kelly also had more TDs than Denmark (4) Moore (0) and Byrant (0) combined with 6 I know that isn't many but it was tops on the team last year. And I am not saying he was great just saying he was better than you are giving him credit for...And I have no problem that he is gone because I realize his problem was a lack of speed and he was too light and got pushed around... Adams is a much better Receiver yes I agree with that but Kelly helped us last year and we miss having a big REC this year. J. Gordon is garbage ( at least so far ) and Veltung is a good returner and fillin but he is not a top REC... So again until you have someone better you shouldn't just cut someone because they dared to speak back to the coaches.... So Walters has failed to find a big target the Bombers said they wanted to find, however I am not sure I trust that Marcel B. would know a good rec vs bad based on his opinion of Brohm being a CFL QB... That was always the thing about Kelly though. He'd make a few big plays but the rest of the time he was invisible. He caught some big passes but the guy did a disappearing act too often. He might have had more touchdowns, but Moore and Denmark rarely go into their complete disappearances. It's not his lack of speed that kept Kelly out, it's his lack of ability to make a consistent impact on a game. A guy who pops up every few games for a big catch or two and then does nothing isn't helping you win games. He's helping you win the games were he makes a big catch or two.

Absolutely you do, not disagreeing with that at all. And I am nitpicking at this point, I get that. I guess I'm just disappointed that the guy we've been developing was so bad, he got beat that quickly. Or that he wasn't replaced sooner, given the amount of injuries we've had. I'm happy that a guy we just signed is so good that he's already beat out a guy we've been developing for a few months. Great job Kyle!!
