What's interesting is, with those comments, Danielle Smith clearly isn't trying to win any new voters. She's blowing the dog whistle for the ones who are already with her. If she plans to win a general election, she needs moderates, and comments like those are only going to scare them away. It's just not good strategy/policy.

I'm curious who chooses the new leadership for the organization and how. They need to make sure there is absolutely NOTHING left of the last crew. So Rourke played more games than I thought. Played 9, so maybe a half season does warrant some recognition for the sheer numbers they put up. And it's highlighted even more because of how bad they were when he went down. I could at least see the case for a MOC award.

Difference is, Faj was never good. Collaros was a legit superstar in this league before his downturn.

I don't think Rourke played enough games to warrant a year end award. If give Demski the MOC, personally. He's had a ridiculous season...

Re: Collaros and the MOP, I've read a bunch of things saying Rourke still deserves to be considered for it. Even with only about a third of the season played and when they played the Bombers, Collaros outplayed him.
