wife and I still have network shows.... all 3 Law and Order's, Young Sheldon, Young Rock, Son of a Critch.... but those are far outweighed by the streaming shows we watch. Once the technology catches up, and I'm able to record/save live sports without a set-top-box PVR, we'll likely ditch "cable". But I need to be able to record and save Bombers games for review during the off season. That's my sole reason for having cable at this point.

From writing to acting.... One of the best episodes of TV I've ever watched. To have had this and the recent Succession ep within weeks of each other... My goodness we are blessed. Also great: the first two eps of Barry final season. NoHo Hank is a gift to us all.

any Lasso fans here? This week's episode, IMHO, is arguably the best in the entire series so far. Two weeks ago, after watching the Succession ep that we've all been waiting for, I said "this is the best episode of TV I've ever seen in my life", and after watching this week's Lasso I said "I've never enjoyed an episode of TV as much as I have this one"..... we're really in a golden age of prestige TV. And then there's people watching ******* reality shows........

Lowry shows up, period. He's the heart and soul of the team.... often takes the opening faceoff of the game to set the tone for the night.

any time I see people using JWR as an example of an honest politician who stood up to Trudeau and told the truth (!!) my eyes roll further and further into the back of my head. That woman is a noted crazy person. There's a reason virtually no one came to her defense after she got booted out ("left to run as independent") and it's not because Trudeau somehow muzzled all her "supporters"..... I just truly believe nobody liked her and she was bonkers from jump street.

Was a bad goal they gave up... Wheeler completely bailed on his man and Helle got caught out of position. Blech. Hopefully they can get it back.

Ya my favourite jersey is my era correct Walby, but it doesn't have a name plate...just the 63 front and back. I really wish there was a way to get an era correct name bar done up. Got that one autographed at Banjo Bowl last year which was awesome.

Vegas for sure... Just not sure how many games. Jets are so bipolar since the new year, you don't know who's going to show up, and with no Ehlers and Perfetti, I just don't think they have the horses to win 4 games.

Finally watched the first two eps of Barry final season. Really great.....well written, well acted, well directed.... and the first two eps were funnier than they've been in awhile. Really dug it and can't wait to see where this goes and how it ends.

I thought I'd start this thread as I'm hunting for a Matt Nichols jersey that maybe someone wants to sell. I'm sure lots have big jersey (and other stuff) collections that we can talk about whenever. I have a decent jersey collection but the two that I'm trying to find at a not-crazy price are Nichols and Dunigan (from the 90s....not a newer retro one).

The Rebel and the Western Standard do not count and definitely should be banned.
