When this team is winning they play to avoid mistakes not to pile on the scoring. Adjust your expectations to reality and stop worrying about glory stats I garbage time. It was garbage time about 10 minutes into this game.

Lapo problems

They went up 28-0 and all 3 phases were dominating with ease.... no way they were going to keep playing that way. They stayed aggressive they probably win 80-0 but this team calls a conservative game when leading so big. Argos were never in that game, it was in the books after the opening kickoff.

Stats are fine, but assigning too much weight to a subjective stat like this is fool hardy.

I would say Nichols had 1 game where he was inaccurate and 2 where he was pretty damn accurate.

Young QBs always run. Part of experience and the game still being fast for them. I think streveler is getting a bit under rated as a passer here. He's ok at that aspect and his running skills make him such a multifaceted threat. You tailor and offense to him I would be really curious to see what he can do.

Lions COULD win, but it's unlikely. BC hasn't shown they can stop the pressure and Edmonton has shown to be good at bringing pressure.

I would also think that the bowling lane they play on in the states has something to do with it. Makes a much more straight ahead game without as much worry about someone getting outside and having all kinds of room to run.

The other team wants to take liberties sometimes you gotta remind em that you play stupid games you win stupid prizes. This team isn't a bunch of doormats and I am OK with the occasional penalty to let the other team know they ain't gonna take **** from them.

Good teams don't care who they play they just focus on the task at hand.

It's the old adage about a chain only being as strong as it's weakest link. It takes more than 1 player to have a good offensive line. All those guys have to work together.
