Milt I don't think was ever a huge leader of men on the team. He talked about in the past how he would only be a coach if he could guarantee he had a team of guys like himself. And that's ok. It everyone has to be that kind if leader, but you do need some of those guys. And some people just won't be led no matter how much you try.

Bottom line we're all bomber fans, we can disagree and argue all we like, but if the bombers pull this off on sunday we will all be best friends for one day at least.

yeah but it wouldn't be all of a sudden. He showed promise as a passer last season and at times this year too. The problem is an offensive coordinator who can not adjust to fit his players. He always looks for what he wants and hammers a player into that role. It's why Andrew Harris works, he's a guy built for what Lapo likes to do. It's why he over uses Demski a lot, because it's the kind of player he likes. It's why we had more success with Dressler than without last year, because he's a player that fits what Lapo likes to do. Guys like Wolitarsky though? Under used because they're not the lapo gadget guys, just good receivers who would do better in a more conventional offense. I really hope someone hires Lapo away from us because you will likely see a huge improvement in the performance of the quarterbacks and receivers.

Almost as if what the game plan on offense should be is dependant on the opponent you are facing.... Riders are a team that likes to come downhill and make plays on the ball, so Lapo came out and made em back up going totally against his usual MO. (of course then he put the brakes on the offense because why keep doing what works?)

did you see what Lapo did stalling the offense out trying to make Streveler happen when it was read all day? I'll echo what another poster said, don't like the goal line plays then don't get blown up on the line.

that's a lot of drops for a guy at this level. I feel like i'm taking crazy pills. Receivers jobs are to catch the ball! I mean **** saskatchewan was catching knocked down passes! That's the kind of effort you need from receivers. Catch the catchable ones and a few of the uncatchable ones. That's what true #1 receivers do.

I have very little tolerance for receivers who drop catchable passes and Adams has been absolutely guilty of it. That's not saying I want him off the team, I just want him to not be the best receiver on the team.
