Yeah that's what I am getting at. Sometimes with big time free agents it's not a case of just opting not to keep a guy. Sometimes you just lose people. Collaros we were lucky with. No-one expected him to play without injury. And a guy like Hardrick was just finding a diamond in the rough. I would say the credit for roster moves like this goes to the gm and coaches for being able to identify the guys that should be made a priority.

So guys like Bryant and Jefferson they may big plays for in free agency. So not like the other teams just cut bait on them. They'd have had them back in a heart beat. Bighill was an NFL returnees too right? So again free agent signing.

And no one is really talking about how many key pieces this team has been missing glbevausr the depth just keeps stepping up. Once guys get healthy look out. These reps for the depth players is going to pay off long term.

Collaros, schoen, demski, Oliveira, wolitarsky. Pick whichever 3 you want they were all money. HH for the big men up front for keeping Zach clean and giving the run game some holes to exploit.

Interesting though how the narrative I'd that Rourke had all day to throw... I really disagree with that. He was under pressure almost all the time, but he made some good moves to buy that extra moment he needed, he got some quick throws off accurately and generally did a good job reading the D and knowing how to beat what they were doing. Faj on the other hand did his one read and then ineffectually ran around and did the old chuck and duck.

But it also might. Harris has been stopped in the run game at times as well. To me the run game is more of a systemic problem. It's really only there to keep teams honest because this is the collaros offense now.

Doubt anyone will argue that Harris isn't the better player. But the run game here is impacted by other factors as well. Both backs did more the previous season. Harris can enjoy his time in Toronto for all I care. He didn't like being asked to prove his fitness after a year where it let people down so be it.

I'd add in Tui Eli as well. At very least for the jumbo stuff. Makes a huge difference to lose 2/3s of your interior and the extra guy as well.
