Injury Report, Lineup Changes, Roster Moves

Hard to go 5 and 2 without Briggs IMO. Thompson goes down and then what? We have a couple DT's, guess they could play the whole game. We don't have any Canadian DE's. Hallett or Gauthier have to play every snap then with one of the Canadian DT's. You'd basically have to move Bighill to safety. Kramda hasn't played a regular season snap on D yet but is an interesting player. Cadwallader has played a little bit in garbage time last year and this year. MOS philosophy is definitely to have the flexibility on D as opposed to offense. The trump card for years has been Harris though. We don't have that level of production from a Canadian back now.

Injury Report, Lineup Changes, Roster Moves

Doesn't really restrict anything. All they declare are DI's, QB's and Globals. The one import who isn't a DI but is a "backup" is for all intents and purposes a starter. Do we have an import receiver who is better than Demski or Wolitarsky? The only spot we can really complain about is tailback but didn't seem like they really gave the Americans in camp much of a shot to win the job. Oliviera is fine but it would be nice to pair him with an American who has a little more burst. Can see they are terrified to have Augustine out there much with his blocking issues. Could easily DI a back who can return a bit and sub in for one of the American receivers, dress another Canadian receiver to sub/use Miller more at H-back.

I think they are terrified of getting Collaros killed with Augustine out there. Augustine can block he just can't seem to figure out who to block.

		Week 3 Non-Champs Games

Hate it when receivers ***** about PI when they don't even finish their route. Why should that be rewarded? DB is playing the ball and receiver has quit.

		Week 3 Non-Champs Games

Yep. I know previous Bomber front offices really complained about cottage crowds, but these June crowds over the years have been even smaller. Start the season around Canada Day and kids being out of school. If certain markets do better with summer Thursday nights try to get them those games, but most of those cottage issues were really the team being a painful embarrassment that people didn't want to waste their time on.

16 would be perfect for 9 team league. Every team home and home. League should try really hard with scheduling to not have back to backs except for the LDC's and rematches. Players would have to take a pay cut though until they got the attendance numbers up.

I think moving the season up is biting the whole league in the ass at the gate. The more casual fan isn't into football mode yet. Don't think the CFL wants to really be on at the same time as the Stanley Cup Final for TV or gate.

He has a terrible vocabulary. Take a swig any time he says "catched" instead of "caught."

Matter of time before Duke is injured too with the punishment he takes from defenders and having to lay out to catch any pass from Fajardo's noodle.

Most terrifying part of that call is that someone who has made it to be a CFL head ref can watch that play (it's his call all the way) and not call it holding on the offensive lineman. It couldn't be more textbook OR blatant in the course of that play where if the rip down to the ground of Thomas by the OL saved the QB from pressure/being sacked IN THE ENDZONE.

Yep, shoulder to hip. Dunbar probably isn't even injured, but definitely really sore.

The big busts are all on Taylor-Glass side of the field. Seems like they are way out of sync. 2nd half there was so much pressure and Evans basically just quit so DB's didn't have to do much. Nicholls is among the best at his position, Alexander should be when recovered. The rest are looking pretty marginal. Houston was solid tonight but was beat pretty bad 1-on-1 by Dunbar where Evans missed the throws twice. Both would have been TD's..

God how is Evans waving his hands around. Throwing suicide passes all over the place and getting his receivers killed.

Collaros can't run quick game and our blitz pickup on its own is terrible. Pretty vulnerable to any D willing to blitz 6 or more.

Not enough time to kick a field goal there. Turn a 2 possession game into a 2 possession game.

Collaros needs to protect the ball. At least force Evans to win this game don't hand them points.

Augustine can't even see the field against a team that blitzes. Think we know why Oliviera is the starter.

I don't think Neufeld has got off more than half a yard from the LOS all night.
