  1. The problem with Dozier is he runs through that hit which is way too late. Contact was unavoidable but the level of contact was.
  2. In a business where 6 months of the year you are idle, there is no excuse to start your season without something so basic being functional.
  3. Click player stats. Only offense though.
  4. Maier only has a changeup. No fastball.
  5. I'm seeing stats in the game tracker. They must be pretty close to live if they aren't quite up to the second.
  6. Calgary is Vancouver East
  7. Calgary abandons the run and their QB can't do **** without a lot of help. Bad plan
  8. Maier looks like he might crack 6 seconds in a 40 yard dash. Adams throws into about 5 red shirts there.
  9. BC's LT who we signed in 2020 but never saw in camp, went to BC in 21...looks like a monster. Only played a couple games over the past three years. Broxton.
  10. Maier's arm is going to be a problem for Calgary.
  11. Suitors talking point tonight is sucking off the panel.
  12. Will they televise the post-game parking lot altercation tonight?
  13. The problem for BLM is the type of injuries he's had from 2019 on. He's had torn muscles and ligaments in his throwing shoulder, elbow and back. Nobody has come back from that really.

All of these metrics are skewed by what is given weight. DB's who are targeted more score higher. RB's who break tackles score higher than RB's who run by everyone. Morrow really disadvantaged there. Really not sure how Thomas-Erlington scores 2 points higher than Logan with lower numbers in every category they show in the chart. YAC clearly given big weight for receivers as no way Philpot near top 10 otherwise. So a guy who catches 8 screen passes a game has an advantage over a guy who catches 4 15 yard passes a game.

Hamilton has no DNA on D either.
  16. I mean Bailey probably makes more sense if you’re actually going to use it but Grant makes sense too for the amount he’d play to sub in and if a Canadian goes down on O he can play the rest of the game. Should have labelled Castillo as one at least to mindfuck the Tabbies.

I guess but literally all they had to do was have Haba play the first defensive snap with Jeffcoat on the sideline to give a bunch of flexibility in case they need it.
  18. I think it’s just a matter of being a small roster. Dress a guy who barely even plays teams at a position to you’re stacked or dress a player say on the DL or secondary where the player can actually play a role.
  19. Only if you're fixated on making it so based on a rookie first impression.
  20. If teams maxed this out there'd be 46 snaps less per game for Canadians on O and D than there has been for however many years they've been running the ratio as it has been 2022 previous. I mean even if they don't want to do it tactically, set it up to best cover for a potential injury in-game on either side of the ball. It has to be guys who have been with the team for 4 years or in the CFL for 5, although that hasn't been defined anywhere I've seen. Like is a season where a guy plays 18 games the same as a season where a guy sits on a practice roster somewhere for 4 weeks?
  21. It's a classic CFL solve a problem that doesn't exist move. Like in the late 2000s when they basically made it illegal to block on special teams because the plays were just too exciting. They had a series of rule changes that lasted a year or less. Maybe just leave it alone?
  22. BC has their defensive nationalized American lined up behind a Global on the depth chart. Does he get 23 snaps replacing a Global/Canadian or what?
  23. Wonder who it will be for Bombers. On O probably makes most sense for it to be Bailey, I'm pretty sure he qualifies although they've never said if it's based on games active or if PR time counts. On D could be Bighill, Jefferson/Jeffcoat or Alexander. All make sense in some way. An end might make the DL rotation a little easier. The other guys usually don't really leave the field but if someone got injured at LB or DB it could help out.
  24. This is maybe the dumbest rule yet and that’s saying something for the CFL. At this point just let everyone on the roster play. The foot in the door for the Canadian guys who maybe would get overlooked is the roster spot.

I don't think both those guys will be on. Would mean they sit Clements which I don't see happening.
