I can't imagine anyone can watch the season to this point and not be uncomfortable putting Neufeld out to protect their franchise quarterback. To me that's an easy switch. The amount of times he's not even blocking anyone and wildly swinging his head as someone takes a free run into the pocket, even on his inside gap, or just popping up to try to lean on guys without bringing his base, feet, with him...can't do it. Can't be out there. We have other options. Guy is hardly a speed bump even right now.

I didn't have issues with scheme on D. Kind of half rewatching now. Such poor execution, just sloppy really. I'm up over a dozen missed tackles on Crum behind the line of scrimmage and that's not even including all the times the ends overrun the pocket. Ends just bolting straight up field leaving huge gaps for Crum. As the guy gained confidence he sees more and more of the opportunities to move around. Keep that guy in the pocket, keep VAJ in the pocket, no chance they can beat anyone. Yeah it might take you 5 seconds to get a sack instead of 2, but you give those guys no chance to do anything because they won't be beating anyone from the pocket with their arm.

Without Alford Sask basically has no offense in this one.

For Neufeld those are the better plays when he actually makes contact, too many free runs by him. Well you're not going to lean on Mauldin, Wakefield. You might be able to lean on an Anthony Bennett.

Yeah you think as a contain guy he's got like 5 yards of range laterally while a 6'0 guy has 3, even if he had moderate aggression he takes away space and makes everyone else's job easier. Plus you could throw in a couple wrinkles with an onside punt and a 6'6 receiver ranging for it.

The Tavares Harrison award for 60 minutes of being ready on the sideline. Just think if we used Bailey as our nationalized American we could run sets with McCrae as the running back and all our American receivers on the field.

I'd bet Buck had his install ready before they even decided Agudosi would dress over one of the DB's. They gotta make way better use of guys. Bailey in that category too. He's not a great downfield 50-50 route guy and somehow he's getting 2-3 balls a game there with no chance to win them.

And really we should be doing some of that while you have Collaros to save your bacon too. If you turn over one OL each year for 3 years...Neufeld immediately, Bryant and Hardrick sooner than later...you're in good shape. The 2000s Argos. At least we've already won more.
