no point bashing Reilly just because the guy didn't want to play here. I don't understand it myself. He's got some tools to be a good QB in this league, but why he'd want to go to the QB graveyard that is Edmonton with that decrepit o-line right now I have no idea. There will be "consequences".

This is reminding me of the game I went to in 2010 - Buck was struggling after a knee injury limited his speed, but Lapo started him anyway because we had nothing better in the bullpen. Our receiving situation was way worse then it is now, even with Edwards, Matthews and Watson out - our best NI receiver was BROCK RALPH and other than Edwards, we had Mr. I CAN'T CATCH Adarius Bowman and some guy named Jaymael Smith. And THEN, our kicker got hurt in warm-ups, so now Renaud has to kick the extra points, and we have some unknown linebacker doing the kick-offs. We had no one to kick FG's. It was a joke. This is a little better, but not much. I was hoping this year we'd avoid the injury bug a bit more than last year, but here we go again.

yeah I think Denmark's time is up here. I liked his hands but he's just not getting open enough. Time to try some twin towers out there - Pierce and Matthews. Let's see how that goes.

yeah I'd like to see Volny get some time on offence. He looked good when he was hanging on to the ball, and he did well in that game he started last year against Montreal. If we aren't going to block or run decent running plays, we might as well go with an NI running back and use the import somewhere else, like an 4th import receiver.

Sheets is the obvious choice here, but we should implement a "Hamilton rule" - if you pick the running back playing Hamilton your guy has to get two TD's or you get a strike.

there might not have been a Toronto broadcast. I couldn't believe it myself but there are Argo games that have no radio coverage. It's just ridiculous. If you go on the Argo's site, the radio broadcast schedule from 2009 is still up. No one has thought to update it in 4 years. Just unbelievable.
